Seamless experience beginning to end. Greeted by a super friendly receptionist, easy check-in, a quick hotel brief and tour and then guided to our room which was modern and spotless with a lovely view of the mountains (Rhuskin Suite). The bar terrace overlooking windemere lake is very special and we spend a few hours (and a few bottles) chilling here. Scrumptious breakfast with quality ingredients in a lovely restaurant area. All staff were friendly and helpful. Hope to come back soon!

Have stayed here previously and decided to return for a short break. Booked direct and stayed on a DBB package in a room with a view over the Lake Windermere. The hotel is located in an elevated quiet location, with a relatively steep access to the car park. Good local bus services operate from the main road below the hotel. On arrival, our reception was very friendly and the room very comfortable and relaxing. The dinner menu provides a good choice and can be adapted for allergy requirements. We are not aware of how frequently the menu is changed, but the choice could be a little limited for longer stays. The hotel also requests that choices are advised by 1700hrs on the day of dining. Breakfast has a wide choice and all items are served rather than provided from a buffet. All staff that we came into contact with were helpful and pleasant. We would stay here again.
