Good facilities, but the check in service needs to be greatly improved.

My stay at Safari Court Hotel Managed by Accor was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel's elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The attentive and courteous staff catered to my every need, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible.

Excellent hotel and great services

Disadvantages: It's far from the main street, so it's not easy to go shopping. It’s not easy to get out without a private car. Advantages: The breakfast is good; the hotel garden is huge, as big as more than a dozen football fields, great!

5 star service during check in, Restaurant menu at Movenpick not of variety, service at restaurant needs a lot of training and attention to detail. Stayed at a new renovated room, smells fresh and new, clean and well maintained. 5 stars****

The best hotel in Windhoek, best service and an awesome team. My check was fabulous, Tuta checked me in and he was a cool gent, knows the brand. Mirage restaurant the dinner there is definitely World Class. Woke to a nice smelling fresh break fast and you could smell it from the lobby.

The hotel is undergoing a brand change and upgrade to a Movenpick; however, the change over is not yet complete. When we were there in the second week of January, the lobby and pool had been refreshed and looked excellent (the pool in particular is great!), but the room we were assigned was still old. Though the aircon worked well and we had good space, the towels were tatty and the bed was both very narrow and also a worn and uncomfortable mattress. Checkin and dining is done in the adjacent Mercure lobby for the moment. We enjoyed dinner and drinks there, which had a great selection. The Mercure pool was definitely not as nice, so I would recommend using the Movenpick one if you are able. Overall this will be a really nice option once fully renovated. For now, I’d probably give it a pass until knowing that we were to get an updated room!

It was a very enjoyable time in a great environment with very efficient staff. My only complaints are: 1. The reception of the DSTV is very poor and is distorting 2. I struggled to connect to the WiFi, but it was sorted out

Stayed for three nights before tour and one night after. Room was a good standard, large, nicely cleaned and bathroom well appointed. If rooms are upgraded to same standard as Reception it will be amazing. Found staff in all departments very friendly and professional. Alfredo was a star. My luggage didn't arrive with me, once it was located, Alfredo went above and beyond to reunite us!

Arrived early in the morning, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and café are very good : from the sandwich to the pasta dishes. We didn’t go to the swimming pool since it was still winter but we went to the spa and the massage was great. Felt much calmer and peaceful. Wifi is fast.

Overall we had three nights at Safari Court. Our first night in Windhoek and the last two nights before departing from the country. For the last two nights we stayed in the suite which was very nice. For the first night we stayed in a very comfortable room as well, but suite in the end was much a highlight. It's a well maintained hotel, although the building is not new. On both stays, our rooms were kept super clean and sleeping quality was great. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rich with many delicious choices, especially the hot food. We tried the restaurant and the bar of the hotel on our first night and left with very good impressions. Prices for dinner are very reasonable as well as those of the drinks at the bar. As August is considered "winter" and it was chilly, we didn't spend any time at the swimming pool though the area is lovely and if it was hot we would definitely spend a few hours there! You need at least a night at Windhoek for your holidays so this hotel is a very good option! Tip: If you need to wash your car after going around Namibia's gravel roads, there is a very good and professional Car Wash place - "Eros Airport Carwash" very close to the hotel! Good prices and dedicated staff.
