Quaint location in Windsor Locks next to Ruby Tuesday’s and several restaurants. Service at reception (George) is very friendly and welcoming. Clean facilities. A little gym and pool on the ground floor that are just enough to stay active and keep in shape. Would happily stay here again!

The pick-up from the airport went smoothly, the front desk staff were also very friendly, the room was neat and clean, there were many kinds of breakfast, and there were many ingredients for oa**eal, it is worth recommending!

We arrived late—nearly midnight. The gentleman at the front desk was amiable and efficient. Our room was clean—modern—not shabby in the least. Water pressure was decent. The complimentary breakfast was better than most.

It was amazing - the young lady at the desk/check-in (Dawn) was friendly, helpful, patient, and through. The facility was very clean, amenities were great and the bag breakfast to go in the morning was a very pleasant surprise. We will be returning there when we need to stay at the airport!

Decent hotel. Stayed less than 24 hours. Friendly staff, free airport shuttle. Hotel breakfast was what I expected. Would stay again. The only down side was the bathroom was a tad small. Toilet very close to shower, but that would be my only complaint
