"First room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Was moved to a second room that also smelled heavily of cigarette smoke when the AC was on (it was sweltering when I walked into the room). Was told they were booked and I couldn't be moved again. The smell of smoke makes me physically nauseous so I booked another hotel nearby. Unacceptable to ask people to pay money to stay here."

"I am very disappointed in the doing business with La Quinta. I am traveling with my granddaughter who became very ill with a virus and had to cancel my reservation. I was notified by trip.com to provide medical proof. I provided the doctor's note and received another email requesting additional medical notes, etc. My daughter the mother of my grandchild states she is not providing them with all her personal information and medical notes should be sufficient. I do not have any control of my granddaughter getting a virus which caused her to have diarrhea/vomiting/and headaches. I find it very unfair La Quinta is unwilling to give me a refund. this is Definity bad customer service. I will never make any further reservations with La Quinta/My trip .com."

"Facilities: The hotel is not far from the airport. There is a 24-hour shuttle bus, which is very convenient. The waiting time for pick-up and drop-off is not long, about 20-30 minutes. The hotel facilities are relatively complete. The bed size is relatively large, and a family of four can stay there without being crowded. Health: The health condition is pretty good Environment: Parking lot, swimming pool, even if it rains, all printing needs for office work are complete. Service: Breakfast may be a bit difficult for Chinese stomachs, but it’s okay Bread, milk, cereal, etc."

"The price is great! They are fully staffed and courtesy. They have a pool and the lobby is very clean. However, in all honesty, there needs to be a day of DEEP CLEANING. Spiderwebs and dusty walls and stair case. Stained window curtains and bed sheets. Bathroom vents revealed other room arguing very clearly. And the stained towels I really did not like! Luckily I keep face clothes & towels with me. And even pillows and blankets to throw on top of theirs. Oh and I really disliked the “hot” breakfast thru offer. Only thing hot is one waffle maker for entire hotel. No eggs. Only protein was protein peanut butter bars & that’s not good protein and some ppl allergic to nuts. No dairy free options if I recall for the cereal. And only orange juice no other juice alternatives. Just very basic but overall I would give 3 1/2 stars bc it could be worse. I am more concerned more so with the cleanliness of the everywhere outside the lobby, sheets & towels can be replaced."

"It doesn't matter that the hotel is small. But hygiene must be up to standard. This hygiene is extremely poor. Bedding and dirty. The key is bed bugs all over the sheets. Checked in for two hours. Checked out after finding bed bugs. Deducted 60% of my room fee Isn’t it annoying?"

"The shower and toilet are separated into two areas. The sofa bed can satisfy the needs of boys and girls to sleep separately, and the comfort level is acceptable. There are many types of breakfast, and the cheese eggs and pork fillet egg burgers can adapt to Chinese stomachs. The only problem in the room is that the anti-lock buckle is broken, so I had to use a box to prop up the door, and I slept in fear all night."
