#negative #I was disappointed with the Nearby Shops, Hotel Smell, Toiletries, Nearby Restaurants, Nearby Activities; Close to the airport, old facilities. If you catch an early flight, prepare your own breakfast.

Great hotel to stay at before catching a plane. The shuttle is great, you can park your car there (better rates than airport), they offer breakfast and the rooms have fridge and microwave.

We were left stranded at the airport at 12:30am after being promised a shuttle. This was a major inconvenience with a 2 year old and 7 peices of luggage. By the time we got an Uber and made it back to our car, we spent more than we would have if we just parked at the airport. Even more concerning was how the staff was rude and had zero conern for our satisfaction. They simply said "sorry no shuttle after 12:30" with no effort to help or empathy for the miscommunication. Additionally, rooms were dirty and outdated. Parking lot was filled with trash. Overall this was an awful experience. Go elsewhere, where they will follow through on their word and show you respect.
