Everything was great, only the carpet in the rooms was old. Don't like carpet, but the main thing is no smell of carpet.

Het appartement ligt mooi en rustig gelegen. Met 15 minuten lopen ben je in het centrum. Als je naar de pistes wilt gaan moet je wel echt de bus/ auto nemen. Ik had voor een 4 sterren verblijf het wel wat schoner verwacht. Jammer dat het balkon niet sneeuwvrij wordt gehouden. Prima verblijf voor een nachtje.

The check in was terrible. The absolute definition of not to be customer oriented right from the get go. The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! The next surprise was that we had to get our luggage back in to the car and had to drive to an offsite location/biopsy not as advertised. We had to go 2 floors up to enter the two rooms we booked. To me I don’t understand how the have awarded the 4 stars ….unbelievable! My list of criticism could go on and on……cleanliness smell building issues you name it. Normally I do not write any reviews, but in this case I had to just for the simple reason to warn people to book that fake accommodation!

Prima appartement. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Goede bedden. Lekker ontbijt (met als minpunt de filterkoffie).
Wij zaten in een appartement ca 200 m van het hotel. Het was erg warm en het appartement en dat konden we alleen oplossen door ramen open te zetten (niet echt co2-neutraal).

Wij hadden een duurdere comfort room geboekt omdat die groter zou zijn, maar de extra ruimte bestond uit een grote hal met een extra bed waar wij niet veel aan hadden en de kamer zelf waarschijnlijk kleiner is dan een normale kamer., Bovendien was de kamer op zolder op de 3e verdieping en had hij daardoor erg schuine wanden, waardoor hij nog kleiner werd en ik voortdurend mijn hoofd stootte. Ook gaat de lift maar tot de 2e verdieping en moet je het laatste stuk je koffer omhoog sjouwen. Op de t****e dag werd onze kamer niet schoongemaakt.wellicht omdat hij helemaal boven is. Het ontbijt was erg goed. De locatie was ook goed. Kortom goed hotel maar geen comfort kamer op de 3e verdieping nemen!

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was a good size but a little tired and in need of a refurb. This is certainly not a 4 star accommodation. 3 star. Kitchen was well equipped and it was clean. Wi-Fi also pretty good. The EV car charger was broken and this was a key reason for selecting and was not informed in advance. Will not be returning and would not recommend.
