There is nothing worse than not being able to take a hot shower when you need one. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. Our suite must have been a handicap suite because there was no way to contain the water within the shower. Our experience with their luxury suite was ruined with inadequate bathroom/shower.

I was blown away by Hotel Winters. It's a very modern upscale hotel in the quaint city of winters which just an hour's drive from me. This place was amaxing, a small town feel with country vibes. Just amazing. We will be staying agsin!

The hotel is beautiful- high ceilings- works of art on the walls (like a gallery)relaxing lounge chairs by the fountains. Plus a rooftop bar. The hotel is located in the center of “action” of Winters CA. Coming from the Bay Area - parking was within steps of the hotel

My interaction with the front office manager, Capri, was extremely disappointing. Her rude demeanor and eye-rolling towards guests was unacceptable, especially considering her role as the front office manager. When my husband and I arrived at 1pm to check in, she was dismissive and unwelcoming. However, the housekeeping manager we encountered later was a breath of fresh air. She was attentive to our needs and promptly provided us with extra towels. Unfortunately, we were surprised to see Capri and other Carboni's staff members socializing and having drinks at the bar later that evening, which we found unprofessional. This experience has left a negative impression, and we are unlikely to return.

Very nice modern hotel , staff and Carboni s personnel are very friendly. Big town professionalism with small town vibes. You can walk to little restaurants and cafes right off hotell and they also have goood food and service there.Our room was very spacious , only recommendation is the soaps and shampoos did not have seals ... If you want to do sustainable maybe think of another way to contain them vs using small sample sizes. I would come back to this hotel !

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding at nearby Park Winters. Beautiful hotel, very clean, large rooms, wonderful staff. Great stay here in a cute little town with great restaurants, etc. all within a 5-10 minute walk.

I was very surprised by how nice this hotel was! For being a small town it was easily a 5 Star hotel. The rooms were big and well done. If I come back to Winters this is where I’m staying. The staff was great and the downtown area was fun with little shops and restaurants.

This is a very Classy Hotel. You feel that you are going to have a great experience from the moment you walk in. You will be greeted with a smile and a warm welcome in. The decor and amenities are wonderful. It is obviously new and well taken care of.... our room was also immaculate and all the necessary amenities. Love it and will be back again

Such a lovely, fabulous hotel - friendly, welcoming - and the room was just perfect - the hotel too was absolutely perfect - all the way around!
