"This hotel opened in Dec 2022 and is very new looking and clean. The staff was great. We were on the second floor facing the front door and right near the elevator. We heard noise from the upstairs guests. (Thumping sounds on the floor?) and from next door (voices). Maybe they needed to put in a bit more insulation? We had no problem sleeping with our usual earplugs in. The included breakfast was good quality and very fresh. The coffee was great."

Abbey House Inn ★★★

"The Inn is quaint, well kept and reasonably priced. 5 minute walk to the heart of downtown Winters. Though 105 outside the Inn is air conditioned and a welcome respite from the heat. Sitting area is comfortable with ample parlor seating including a large TV mounted on the wall. Snacks are available on the dining room chest as well as fresh fruit on the dining table. Kitchen is clean and well stocked. There are two different coffee makers with coffee available and assortment of teas as well. Pantry is supplied with mini cereal boxes, instant oatmeal packs, top ramen cups and more. Freezer was stocked with several boxes of Trader Joe’s mini ice cream cones. Rooms have their own bathrooms, ours had a jacuzzi tub and shower with a basket of possibly forgotten toiletries if needed. We definitely will return"
