Hotel pomimo tylu lat trzyma fason;) wszystko w najlepszym porządku . Strefa basenów dla dzieci super . Hotel bardzo duży przestronny . Jedzenie smaczne . Jedynie basen zewnętrzny trochę mnie rozczarował widać na nim znak czasu. Ale stosunek ceny do jakości zachowany. oceniam całość na najwyższym poziomie.

Hotel mający już 21 lat, o czym wiedziałem jadąc na krotki wypoczynek. To co czytałem sprawdziło się 100%, widać że był oddany 21 lat temu. Hotel już trochę z innej epoki. Ale, pomimo mało nowoczesnego wyglądu, są miejsca gdzie jest pięknie. Patio bar, pyszne Drinki, ładny wystrój, wygodne fotele. Restauracja Zielona podobnie. Pyszne jedzenie. Obsługa w obu miejscach bardzo miła. Pyszne śniadania i kolację w restauracji Czerwona. Bardzo duży wybór, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Świetna muzyka w klubie nocnym, pyszne Drinki, miła obsługa. W hotelu są: bilard, kręgle, sala gier . Park wodny też już ma swoje lata. Do dyspozycji gości jest kilka rur, basen ze sztuczną fala, baseny do pływania, brodziki dla dzieci. Jacuzzi wewnątrz i na zewnątrz, z wodą o temeraturze 36 stopni. Zewnętrzne są całoroczne. Dużo leżaków. Pokój odpowiedniej wielkości, podobnie łazienka. Ja byłem na przełomie maja i czerwca, nie było upałów, a człowiekowi chciało się pić. Jeśli hotel poprawi te elementy, chętnie tu wrócę. Generalnie pobyt uważam za udany.

Luksus w każdym calu. Szczególnie polecam pobyt Bożonarodzeniowy - wszystko na najwyższym poziomie, począwszy od czystości w pokojach oraz w częściach wspólnych. Wnętrza zaprojektowane z dużą dbałością o szczegóły. Na szczególne uznanie zasługuję uroczysta kolacja wigilijna z wyszukanym menu i koncertem kolęd. W pozostałe dni również bardzo wysoka jakość serwowanych potraw. Bardzo bogaty program Świątecznych atrakcji dla dużych i małych.

Polecam pobyt w tym hotelu. Trochę dużo ludzi, ale ogólnie warto. Dużo atrakcji i pomocni pracownicy recepcji. Sam hotel ulokowany w przepięknym miejscu z widokiem na Wisłę. Duży plus za możliwość pobytu z psem Jedzenie smaczne i duży wybór.

Hotel polecam rodzinom z dziećmi, młodzieży czy osobom starszym. Bardzo smaczne posiłki zarówno śniadania obiady czy kolacje. Fajna strefa relaksu - baseny, zjeżdżalnie dla młodych dla starszych grota solna, jacuzzi. Wstęp dla gości hotelowych bez ograniczeń.

Food very good, especially desserts and cakes, and here a big plus, but the drinks in the bar served by a tense waitress who wished me a tasty meal while serving the drink are simply weak. It's not about the price, but if I have to pay PLN 30 for a gin with a sparkling tonic, which is warm, it starts to boil in me. To sum up: a nice place for a one-time entry to the SPA zone, but I do not recommend it as an accommodation base. Not worth the money.

This year was exceptionally dirty, dust on the top shelves in the wardrobe, a large sticky stain on the side table and a horrifying yellow stain on the toilet seat. Dread to think who made it. Torn wallpaper. It took three days for the stench of cat piss to dissipate. The carpet was dirty so that you had to wear flip-flops all the time. And the famous brown stain on the curtain that we saw two years ago (last year we were not at the hotel due to a pandemic for the first time in 15 years). The air-conditioning did not work, but the heating in the bathroom was working and the weather was nice, so during our stay in the room we "smoked" all the time, the windows could not be opened because we were surrounded by smokers on the balconies, a massacre. 2. Restaurant, my wife for many years called it a canteen to my annoyance. This year I had to admit that "Red Restaurant" can be called "canteen" without exaggeration. We remember the times when each table had a neatly ironed white tablecloth, when the waiters collected dirty dishes from the tables, offered various kinds of drinks. Now it is true that there are dispensers with drinks, but the juices are very diluted or too thick, no one is in control of refilling the juices and water so that it has a taste. The best thing is the desserts, in the past, when there was a shortage of mousse (and there are several types of them), they were immediately replenished, now you should forget about it, as well as about cakes, good advice, make yourself a dessert at the beginning of your stay in the canteen, because later you will not have the opportunity. But it was before? I think so in former holiday homes where there was a first come first served principle. Dinners ... four years I gave them 5 stars in my opinion on Trip Advisors for all previous years, next year only 3 stars this year I would give zero. The food has gone bad very, very bad.
