Excellent hotel. Good quality service. Stayed overnight.

The rooms for dogs are very dated, they are not very clean either. The toilet blocked and it took over 4hrs to resolve. Reception was not very helpful and when we had to chase she huffed and rolled her eyes. The guy in the bar when asked for a large bottle of Prosecco Rosa. We were told they do not do it. However, the following night they had some. We also witnessed someone ask her to book a taxi and that seemed to be an effort. The guy on reception was lovely and so was the 2 girls on the Saturday June 8 were lovely and super friendly and helpful. We complained to a lovely lady I believe her name maybe Lindsey, however, I could be wrong. She was very pleasant and said she would address the issues we raised. She said he would give us a free bottle of Prosecco by way of an apology however, we never had this as we were unable to attend the bar.

It was a lovely stay for 2 nights pleasant staff and a lovely breakfast.

They hadnt recived my ******* booking, i booked a cool suite with a garden view, but got a tiny room on the main road a25, woke at 3am and couldnt sleep afterwards, paid for a premium room and got a travelodge, dont get me wrong it was fine but ,b and b for £300 per night for the room i booked that didnt get feels a bit poor, breakfast was lovely, and they charged £10 for parking??? Not great really 6 out of ten if im honest,

Wow! Where do we start? From start to finish, everything about having our wedding at The Talbot was perfect. From the initial reception we received from Krystyna at the wedding fair on a gloomy November day to our actual Wedding Day and beyond, Krystyna, Avand and the whole team including Grace, Lucas, Olivia and all the others who served us and looked after our guests were truly amazing. The recommended suppliers Ether events and DJ2K ( Danny) made the place look and sound magical. We were looked after the whole day with no stress thanks especially to Krystyna who not only organised everything with such precision but also made every planning visit a joy and personally looked after us both so well on the day it was like having your own fairy godmother. Krystyna made us feel so special as though we were the only couple getting married at The Talbot. She really couldn’t do enough for us. The food throughout was delicious and perfectly presented. We found excuses to return the next few days after the wedding as well just to soak up as much joy as we could. In addition the beautiful historical building and value for money too make this the perfect venue for a beautiful wedding.

Had to pay for parking £10 per night.Hot breakfast eggs hard

The customer services were top notch. I required assistance with a charger adapter for my cell phone, and with getting a taxi. Food was exceptional. As a traveler on my first holiday, my stay here was perfect

Me and my Wife had our wedding reception here! It was absolutely amazing! Beautiful setting, great staff and customer service. Food was delicious and Room was clean and comfy. A massive thank you to Krystyna (our wedding coordinator) for all your support and help on the day. Definitely recommend

Not bad stay to be honest, just the bed was like a marshmallow and there was really noisy buggers upstairs from my room 106. It was if there was a toddler running around until the early hours of the morning
