Went for a wedding stayed for two nights. Fabulous wedding venue. Beautiful rooms for ceremony and reception. Staff were outstanding. Accommodation was lovely very comfortable. On-site bar and restaurant lovely. Definitely recommend

Stay was pleasant but not outstanding. The room doesnt reflect the main hotel but was fine for a one night stay. Lodge room was reasonably comfortable but bathroom is in need of a revamp and carpet was badly marked. Noise from adjoining room's bathroom very loud.

Amazing from start to finish- beautiful lodge double away from the hotel was perfect for a mid-week get away with my partner! Reception team friendly and team at breakfast very attentive with tea and coffee. Thank you Gorse Hill- we will be back!

What a lovely room 09 is. The vegetarian option breakfast was lovely . The staff care for guests with allergies . The Reception manager and staff are first rate. The House keeping team are great. The F+B and Bar and Restaurant staff are first rate. Gorse hill woking you were amazing. Thank you 😊

The staff were abusive. They were either angry and nasty or pretended to be nice and kept laughing behind my back. They also set off the fire alarm when I was checking out, and waited to see my reaction. The alarm caused harm to my cat. Also, the pet quarters are next to a noisy road. Therefore, the staff at this hotel are really immature, and the accommodation isn’t peaceful so I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel advertises itself as pet friendly. However, as pet owners, we were treated to inferior accommodation, away from the hotel building itself, on the border of the surrounding grounds. The room was not well cleaned, with items found on the floor, faeces in the toilet and rust as well as flakes of paint found in the bath. The bathroom door was damaged along the bottom. The basin plug was too small so water leaked out. All the windows were locked and no keys were provided.

Nice hotel easy to find plenty of parking rooms clean and modern nice rainfall shower with comfortable bed. Plenty of hanging space and storage. Room was nice and warm when I arrived had a good nights sleep Dinner was nice service was good nice choice and served piping hot breakfast not served until 8am at the weekend with a help yourself fresh fruit and juices, pastries etc Cooked food order is taken at your table and promptly served again piping hot Great little find in a lovely part of Surrey Could do with the addition of a nice indoor pool and spa

Good location for surrounding golf courses.
Hotel nice but rooms were not as the rooms advertised online. Small, bathrooms which need modernising. Dirty toilets, cracked bathtub.
