Hmm... It was my first time traveling to Wonju, so after comparing several places, I decided on this place. The reason we rated it 3 points in the service area is because we requested a high floor & quiet room when making the reservation. Check-in took place around 5pm and we were assigned to the 5th floor. I had requested a higher floor, so I asked if there were any higher floors, and they told me that the highest floor was the 5th floor because they assigned rooms to customers who came first. So, when I made a reservation through Trip.com, I told them that I had requested a higher floor. At first, they said it wasn't listed, but after looking more closely, they said it was listed but they had missed it;;; He apologized and told me to take as many paid disposable items as I needed. When I made a reservation, I saw that I couldn't check my requests... The staff was friendly, but I was a bit disappointed with the hotel system. Other than this, the hygiene was clean and there was a styler, which was nice, but I was disappointed when I first checked in, so I probably won't use it next time.

Wonju, which I stopped by while moving in a hurry. I was so glad to find an oasis-like hotel in the middle of the city. lol The staff is friendly, clean and.... I thought I would be tired due to the noise and neon signs around the entertainment district... but I had a comfortable rest without any problems at all.

Everything is fine, but parking is a bit tight!

This was my first time staying at a hotel in Wonju. The location was great and the parking space was spacious. It had a pleasant a**osphere, and I also liked that the room was spacious and had a bathtub. It was a suitable hotel for families, but I was not satisfied with the cleanliness as there were plastic bottles under the bed. However, I would like to use this hotel again next time.

Very clean! Convenient location and great service! But the inside of the room may be a little too dry due to the heating! Other than that, I'm very satisfied!

I use this accommodation every time I come to Wonju, and it’s clean and nice.
