WJ Hotel Full House

"This is the place I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days while traveling to Wonju with my wife. I chose it because of the good reviews, but the reality is a total disaster. First, the room window is so small that it's stuffy. Second, they don't even ask guests if the accommodation is cleaned every day, so I just spent 4 days with trash, and I couldn't see the outside trash collection area. I just endured it!!! Third, it was cold (I asked the manager and the manager to turn up the temperature, but since it's centrally controlled heating and it's not winter yet, it didn't work, so I just endured it! 'If you go to a restaurant and say the side dishes aren't tasty, don't eat them,' they said. Isn't that ridiculous??? - The outside temperature at that time was 14 degrees, and the inside temperature in the room was 23 degrees) So, I endured it for 4 days wearing 2 coats! Refund??? I demanded it! The answer I got was harassment, right? They said they couldn't refund, so I went to trip.com where I made the reservation, and it was a total waste! In conclusion, although there are circumstances on the part of the accommodation, it is a moral attitude to try to resolve the inconvenience of the guest as much as possible, and if that is difficult, isn't it a proper attitude to treat the guest by doing your best to seek understanding? If the circumstances are like this, we can't do anything and to just follow suit, that is the mindset of an old man who runs an organization! Is WJ Hotel an organization-building accommodation?!!"
