Clean open rooms with nice balcony, everything I needed was in the room. Short walk to city and riverside. Parking bays could be a bit difficult to navigate, but mine was ok getting in and out. Separate office desk was handy.

I’ve stayed at Quest Ipswich twice now and cannot say enough good things about the staff who are to a person friendly, helpful, polite. The property is well maintained with good facilities in the room including the ability to access multiple streaming services. Nice location alos

We enjoyed our stay here and the staff are lovely. The only thing we would change is to have another smoking section at the bottom end of the rooms so the guests don't have to walk so far from the room. The pool was beautiful and the restaurant was great. Lovely food and lovely staff.

The last time I went there, the milk in the refrigerator was opened. It was just because the last resident put the bottle back on, so I didn't even realize it was opened at first, so I think the cleaning staff didn't notice it, and so did I. Just picked it up and saw it, and I hope that this kind of thing will not happen again in the future. When I checked in on the first day, I didn't answer the door because I wanted to sleep too much. As a result, I was very worried that I missed the cleaning time. I didn't expect that the cleaner was very quiet and cleaned up for me (so quiet that I didn't find anyone coming in), I'm really grateful !

I stayed for a whole week and was also attending a course here during the day. My room was very comfortable, clean, large and very well maintained. The staff were professional and very friendly. The conference facilities had everything we needed and very nice freshly baked/cooked morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea each day. An easy trip into town and a quick walk to a large shopping centre straight across the road made it a very convenient location.
