The comfortable experience of a five-star hotel. It's a pity that I don't have time to enjoy the bathtub. The room is very big, there is a mini bar for free, and there are welcome snacks. I like the complimentary canvas bag very much. There is a very interesting clock in the hotel lobby, which is very interesting. Downstairs The steak restaurant is excellent. The room was quite large and modern, and it was interesting to renovate an old shipyard. However, I encountered a cockroach in the bathroom during my stay. I called the front desk to help immediately. Not only did it not get rid of it, but a second one appeared. The front desk just said coldly that tonight was fully booked and they couldn't change rooms. Later, the staff only gave us another room after we repeatedly insisted that we couldn't stay. Beautiful room, large in size, clean bathroom, bathtub, snacks provided, drinks in the minibar are free and refilled the next day. The lobby and the exterior of the hotel are very photogenic. The surrounding restaurants are pretty good. There is a bus to the QVB at the door. It is very convenient. It is very close to the Botanic Garden and the Art Museum. It can be reached by walking. Very nice view from our room widows. There are full of different types restaurants on the ground floor. But If you close the window, the sound proof is excellent which I typically want to recommend.
Stuffs are friendly and helpful, willing to give you recommendations if you are first-time visitors. They even wrote a welcome card.
They have a ballroom here just opposite the reception, holding different personal events every night. I like the vibe which means it's popular place and safe.
The hotel is friendly to those who travel with dogs. They have special bed and food for dogs. But we didn't need it and the dog net door barked very early in the morning. We were OK with it.
At the other aspect, the hotel goes too much.
The breakfast is allllll for vegetarians.
Yes, all.
As a guest, you are left with no choice.
This is the only point that I particularly hate. Be whatever you like, just don't push others to do the something, especially when you are running a business.

Brilliant. On the water, just far enough away from the busy CBD yet you can walk there for shopping, beautiful walks around the point and through the gardens, all staff provided fabulous service, incredible wharf converted into modern hotel, loved the brekkie too. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Team Ovolo!
