The Ministry of Health is very good, the cups are dirty, the room has a peculiar smell, there is no staff to help with luggage, and you need to carry luggage by yourself at the door steps. Not recommended!

Nesuto is ideally located to tour around most interesting places around Sydney's CBD; one can walk, take a bus or train. A quiet neighbourhood also conveniently within reach of restaurants and shopping areas. The staff are friendly; the place is clean and offers self catering in the rooms, which was great. Management could improve on internet access especially on the first floor left wing rooms. Otherwise, a good experience for my family.

Spacious family appartment. The main bed was very comfy and parking at the hotel was convenient.
We don't mind walking a bit so it was a nice walk through the botanic gardens to the opera house, or a 15 to 20 min walk to kings cross train station for a short ride to the popular spots we wanted to see.

Great apartment, very comfortable. Friendly front desk staff. Quiet central location. Thoroughly recommend . Continental breakfast was substantial. The apartment was situated conveniently to transport and other venues. We will return again.

We stayed at the nesuto Woolloomooloo for a week and found it exceptional. We were only a 20 minute walk from
Circular quay across the beautiful botanic gardens and a short distance from the kings cross station from where we easily travelled to the east side beaches. Potts Point is also very close by and is worth exploring. The apartment was fitted with everything we needed. We’d happily book with nesuto in the future 🇨🇦

The room layout was perfect for a couple and older family members with a raised bed that can be sectioned off. Location was ideal and very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only criticism was the peeling of paint in the shower. Would choose again.

Parking was good and package breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there were several areas of damage in room 411 and when I complained of the (very strong) body odour smell in the room and requested a key to open the windows to provide fresh air the receptionist only advised to leave the AC running to fix the issue which it did not. I would stay at Nesuto again but would refuse to stay in the same room due to strong odour.
