Moin! We were here from 27. to 29.03.23 to meet the beautiful Hansestadt Bremen. To explore the city of Bremen quickly and without complications, the B&B Hotel is excellent. You can reach the center conveniently without means of transport. The hotel itself is modernly furnished, very clean and breakfast buffet very good and tasty. The Ibis Budget hotel is in a great location right opposite the Hauptbahnhof (main train station for the city). If you’re looking to go to the Bremer Freimarkt in October, it’s right behind the Hauptbahnhof so you couldn’t find a better place. The Altstadt (old town) isn’t far away either, and you can get buses, trams or taxis right outside. This isn’t a hotel for peace and quiet - there is lots going on around it and it was fairly noisy inside and out with all the hustle and bustle of city life. We booked online and I was able to check in prior to arrival which was helpful - on arrival we just picked up keys and signed the forms, and the bill was sent later by email. The room is as you’d expect - very basic but clean and tidy. Everything worked and it all looked fresh. The beds were fairly comfortable and the shower was good. Unfortunately our air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly - there seemed to be no cooling function. As a consequence the room got really hot and stuffy overnight. We couldn’t really open the door because the city outside was noisy. The other serious issue we had was returning to our room after a day out to find it had been left unlocked by the cleaners. Luckily nothing had been taken, but I was not happy. The price was reasonable and the 12pm checkout is later than many hotels. We just had to drop our keys in a box in the lobby. In summary - this hotel’s best asset is its location. If you want to be in the middle of things:l, this place is for you.

Hotel a tema spaziale, in ottima posizione per visitare il centro della città (distante 5 minuti a piedi). Lungo la strada supermercati e bar. Il personale è molto gentile, le norme igieniche rispettate. La nostra camera, così come il bagno, era piuttosto piccola, ma funzionale, pulita ed originale. Perfetta per un breve soggiorno. Io lo consiglio molto.

We spent a weekend at the hotel and we felt very well. The rooms are large and in shot, staff very nice and helpful. Great breakfast for a small price. The hotel is relatively far away from the city centre, but the bus before the hotel is often and directly to the HBF and the city centre.

We had a number of issues resolving the booking with the Hotel prior to our visit but this did get resolved to our satisfaction prior to visit eventually. Easy check in, room was ideal for weekend break lots of nice contemporary touches both in room and within the Hotel. Excellent breakfast included in room rate. Location is prime for a break in Bremen. Highly recommended, good value for money, the number 6 Tram to/from airport stop is approx 100 Mtrs from Hotel, making it super easy to transit without need for taxi transfer.

This is a hotel build 1955 with a lot of soul !! Yes its seen its been used for many years but the soul and the service and dedication Staff Way compensate for this ! At the front of the Hotel there is s outdoor 35 degree heated pool with a Great (No Clothes) Wellness and Sauna area 4 x Saunas and Steam .. The breakfast was very good Also served by dedicated friendly Staff.. The Gym doesnt come much better at a hotel and i visited a Lot the last 20 years.. TechnoGym new with the most magnificent view and great Cardio gear also Technogym🙏🏼 The park is right outside u feel like far away from a city turn 180 degrees after hours of walking in the park and you walk straight into Bremen.. My advise don’t expect some newly renovated hotel but a house with soul lot of memories and warm and relax in the pool and park 🙏🏼

Cannot understand the recent review. Everyone we came in contact with at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful from reception to the cleaners. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots to choose from, fried eggs were not overcooked or greasy, fresh bread and rolls, big muesli selection, fresh fruit... The bed and room were clean and comfortable and not overheated, like many other hotels. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, and as buses to and from the centre come every 10 minutes most of the day. We had a mix-up with credit card payment too, but it was all sorted out quickly and professionally. We will return next time in Bremen!

I stayed at the ACHAT Plaza for just 1 night (thankfully) and then moved to a service apartment the following day. The hotel is situated very close to Hauptbahnoff, the central train station in Bremen and there are plenty of eateries and restaurants around. It's about 15 minutes away from the airport and costed me 20 euros by taxi. My check-in process was very smooth but the real problem started when I entered my room. I was given room number 324 and upon entering, I realised that the carpet was totally damp. It was completely soggy and was difficult to walk around the room barefoot. I informed the staff and a lady promptly arrived to check. When she realised the problem was genuine, she informed me that the previous occupant was probably careless while having a shower and thus the water had come outside. She couldn't answer my questions as to how the whole room might be wet if this was the case. I suspected that it could be a seepage problem but she was adamant that that wasn't the case. When I requested to be given another room, I was informed that the hotel was completely booked and there were no spare rooms. I was quite sure this wasn't the case but I couldn't do much. The lady, whose name was Irina [-], apologised profusely for the inconvenience and offered me a complimentary drink and desserts. As there was nothing else for me to do, I accepted the offer and went down to the restaurant and was then informed that I could only have a glass of champagne and a chocolate mousse dessert. Nothing else was complimentary and I was not given any choice. The mousse itself was tasteless and it appeared that I was being discouraged from ordering anything more. I was so disgusted by this time that I even went to another restaurant nearby for dinner. The breakfast in the morning was an entirely different matter and the spread was large and the food was very delicious. However, the hotel was understaffed and dirty plates and cutlery weren't cleared even after people had left their tables. I checked-out after this and Irina again apologised sincerely but I was quite happy to be leaving the place.
