The hotel stay was fantastic as ever I would recommend this hotel to anyone,im giving it a low star rating because your a bunch of con artists who took a pre authorised payment of the same amount I had to pay at the hotel without my authority and nearly 3 weeks later I still haven’t received it back,I hope the pulford sees sense and doesn’t stay ignorant to the fact your conning people of there hard earned cash!!

Not stayed here before but daughter has. Will stay again but look out for special offers. Swimming pool and gardens excellent. Major drawback was continuous piano music on a loop that we could hear in our bedroom and in palm restaurant. Nearby garden centre excellent. Dogs welcome and it was quiet at night

My partner and I stayed here for one night and it was lovely. The room was nice and clean. We dined at the Palm Court where the food, drinks and scenery were gorgeous. The breakfast was nice but you have to pay a supplement for a la carte items. We visited the spa which was lovely but not enough sun loungers/seats. Would visit again.

Had such a great stay. The room was so lovely much better than what we expected and everything was spotless. We went to celebrate our son’s birthday who is autistic. Staff were very understanding and also put a small surprise for him with a happy birthday card and plate of small desserts in our room. We enjoyed our time in the pool and had a nice walk in the garden outside which was so beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Wonderful in every way. Best staff service we've had in a hotel for a long time. Ate in both restaurants and both had great atmosphere and food. After reading reviews re basic rooms not being recommended, we went ahead with a basic but pleasantly surprised. Fabulous view of garden, quiet and, while small, well equipped and comfortable. We booked direct with hotel and cost for dinner, BnB cheaper than other sites. Superb value for money for this level of quality. Loved the gardens. If you want a relaxing time in pool and spa, go for adult-only times, which were well-enforced by the staff.

Gorgeous hotel. I have very luckily won an afternoon tea with work. I was vey thrilled to find out that this was at this hotel. My boyfriend kindly booked for us to stay over the night also. Well what a hotel it was...beautiful and so so clean. My only two Criticisms (which are petty but needed to be said) are; Our room overlooked the restaurant which meant that as we opened the curtains we looked at a table of two eating literally a matter of cms from us. Made it a little uncomfortable My second would be the size of the pool for the size of the hotel is really underwhelming. It was also absolutely packed. Other than that, everything gorgeous. Afternoon tea was amazing! Meal at the pub bar was also gorgeous! Everyone very friendly! Will 100% be back.
