Had a lovely bar meal in the evening,
Sim next morning followed by a lovely breakfast, Would love to say more but don't want too many people going brilliant

The hotel stay was fantastic as ever I would recommend this hotel to anyone,im giving it a low star rating because your a bunch of con artists who took a pre authorised payment of the same amount I had to pay at the hotel without my authority and nearly 3 weeks later I still haven’t received it back,I hope the pulford sees sense and doesn’t stay ignorant to the fact your conning people of there hard earned cash!!

Not stayed here before but daughter has. Will stay again but look out for special offers. Swimming pool and gardens excellent. Major drawback was continuous piano music on a loop that we could hear in our bedroom and in palm restaurant. Nearby garden centre excellent. Dogs welcome and it was quiet at night

Our friends very kindly gave us vouchers for afternoon tea at the Grosvenor Pulford, it was the “Sparkling Afternoon Tea” very generous of them. The vouchers are £35 a piece but well worth it. It is served in the Palm Court restaurant which is a beautiful room although it was very warm in there. The afternoon tea itself was delicious, great selection of sandwiches and cakes. There was also a wide selection of teas available and the sparkling rose wine was delicious. Service was excellent. Overall 10/10. We had decided to stay over and make a day of it and we booked an executive double. However when we checked in we were pleasantly surprised to be told that we had been upgraded to a superior room. The room itself was superb, very large room, big bathroom with a lovely bath and shower. Again 10/10. We also had a drink in the bar and most of the staff were very friendly however there seemed to be a lot of people behind the bar with only one nice lady serving. This is an area that needs improvement. They do however let dogs in and we met a lovely fox red lab called Cairo. 7/10 for the bar. One thing that is troublesome is the parking, there are simply not enough spaces for the amount of guests. This was our second visit to the hotel and it was the same previously. Overall it is a lovely hotel with mostly amazing staff and we will definitely be returning.

Love this hotel, staff were so friendly, rooms were spotless and food was amazing. Only bad comment was that in the pool area and sauna, there were people using there phones for phonecalls and video calls, its supposed to be a place to relax not to have people taking video calls whilst your in the hot tub and sauna.

Booked for my Daughters 30th and had a very comfortable stay. A lovely hotel with lovely staff excellent Spa and a very nice Palm court Restaurant. Room was lovey the pool facilities etc good and the food was amazing both dinner and breakfast, would highly recommend
