Start from middle of November and ends on 7 January The decorations are magical and there is a very good atmosphere throughout the city, and I was very lucky during my stay. Spent three nights here on a recent business trip to Poland. The hotel is really well situated for a short walk into the city centre yet just far enough out for it not to be noisy at night. The breakfast does not have a huge choice on the buffet but you can order extras from the menu. Rooms are incredibly spacious and the bathroom is clean and modern. I had a corner bath, not sure if all rooms are the same. Decent value for money and the staff speak good English (better than my limited Polish) Would definitely recommend

Good option for Wroclaw. It is not in the very center, but a 10 minutes walk and you are there. The hotel is nice, with a good spa, and the room is very comfortable. Loved the Lalique shower gel and shampoo. The staff is nice, welcome drink is a plus, breakfast is good. It will not blow your mind, but you will be happy.

This is a fine, comfortable hotel on the outskirts of the old town market square. It is ultra modern with fine amenities. Only drawback was the need to take a taxi or Uber to the main square for restaurants unless eating at the hotel. It’s about a 20 to 30 minute walk which might be challenging at night. However, we found no problem with Uber. Breakfast is somewhat scaled down but for this boutique hotel it was good.

Brekfast was awesome, one of the best we've ever had. A few of activities for children are aavailable, such as a small inner playground for the younger ones and video games and table soccer for the older ones. Parking is available inside the hotel's area with a fee of aroung 15 euros. We would happily stay again during our next road trip!

We stayed in this hotel 7 nights because of an unexpected situation. We were with a 11-year-old boy, so we took a quite large triple (a double bed and a chair/bed - well known with very dirty arms - of a square and a half open). The materasso in the marriage was very comfortable, but the open bed was almost on the ground, the floor was covered with a moquette, so it was not the best to let the boy sleep so close to it. Some of the bed linens were changed during the stay but the size of the underside bed was not suitable for the size of the mattress and then moved on. The bathroom was changed on request and was clean, and in the room we had always a bottle of water and a boiler with the supplies of tea, coffee and sugar. Now the negative notes: The TV telecommand was not working, the shower box (right) was out of the track, and thus falls if you were not careful. I reported three days later that the lamp and the pickup were not working and despite this, nothing was done, I gave up and we turned off the lamp by switching off the lamp :-(. The worst thing was that after three days of stay, we found behind the tent a couple of dirty shirts... Of course not ours ... so I can't get up how the daily cleaning was done ... The hotel is located outside the centre but on a highly connected main road with the whole city through public means.

Having read previous reviews and browsed the photos we knew the hotel was somewhat dated in appearance, but this was not a problem. However, it is 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and on the main tram route. The downside is that the trams are extremely noisy, and if you have a room overlooking the road you will certainly hear them. Rooms are dated but clean and the buffet breakfast very good (coffee is excellent). Breakfast room is quite compact for a large hotel, so you have to pick your time. One issue we had was the lack of a bar for an evening drink. The bar only appeared to be open while the restaurant was serving in the evening. Good value for money and we would certainly return, but with courtyard facing rooms.
