The hotel is like a small garden, very beautiful. The front desk service is very good. They will ask about your preferences when arranging the room. It is spacious, clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. It is also convenient for shopping around. Next to it is Zhongshang and opposite is Guanggu Pedestrian Street. I will stay here again next time.

2. There is IPA craft beer. There is another surprising detail. The refrigerator is pre-placed with frozen beer glasses. This is a very eye-catching detail. My husband who loves wine tasting praised the founder team for their craftsmanship. Because this kind of detail is only thought of by people with requirements! ! ! ! ! ! ! 3. The room is clean, hygienic, and the service is thoughtful. The shower gel series has the herbal willow bark essence flavor, which relieves fatigue and smells good. Very nice and good service, located well for my visit. I did think it was odd that you need a room key to use the lobby bathroom, which was actually an issue when I met my friend for tea and he needed to use it, and then again, after I checked out, before I made the long journey to the airport.

Stayed at Camus Hotel for three nights. In terms of facilities, the hotel air conditioning is controlled by the front desk, and the cold and warm wind cannot be controlled by the front desk. It didn't work after the front desk turned it to cold wind, and there was basically no air conditioning. I basically didn't use the air conditioning these days. But the service attitude was very good, and I went to the front desk to get an electric fan to use. The hygiene was very good, and the aunt was very considerate, which must be praised. Umbrellas were also provided. But on the last day, I was still sleeping when I was woken up by a call from the front desk, and they asked directly whether I would stay longer, and their attitude was very bad. When I went there, the service staff and the cleaning aunt were very good, but because of this, I just want to give two hearts. I was particularly angry about this.

It feels very thoughtful. The makeup mirror with light up is really friendly to girls. The mattress is also very comfortable to sleep on. There is a robot to deliver food to the room. There is almost no need to wait for a long time. There is no need to get dressed and go downstairs to get mineral water. You can drink as much mineral water as you want. TTeobisataThis hotel was a pleasant surprise. The location is very convenient for traveling, they have a free pick up to Wuhan train station. In few minutes by Didi you can easily arrive at the center of Wuchang which is plenty of restaurants and family attractions.
The service is very polite and the staff very friendly, they kindly helped me with some small issues.
The room is clean and nice and there is a robot delivering goods at the room.
The manager before leaving gave us a small gift which was really appreciated during the trip back home.
The price is affordable and for sure I will consider this hotel again for my trips to Wuhan.
I strongly recommended it.

LLove ShrewsburyWow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi.
I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. See you again in the future and Thankyou! 😀

MMohamedThis is our 3rd time staying at this hotel We used 3 bedroom apartment. For sure there is a strong reason for continuing to book at this hotel. I shared before in 2 separate posts the excellent location and facilities and above all the warm hospitality.
This time I have to add that the breakfast has been improved and reasonable but there is still room for excellence.
I would like to thank Miss Coco Zhang from the front desk for her excellent service and warm-hearted devotion to doing her work, You make our stay more pleasant indeed.

GGuest UserBecause I had to take a flight early the next morning, I checked into the Vienna International Hotel Wuhan Airport Branch on the evening of January 25. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was attracted by the newly renovated hotel facilities, high-end atmosphere, and magnificent European decoration style. Immediately I came to the front desk and was greeted with a smile by the staff with ID No. 2 and received me warmly. At the same time, she took into consideration that we were older and specially arranged a comfortable and quiet room for us, so that we had a pleasant and unforgettable last night in Wuhan. And early the next morning, we also tasted the delicious and rich breakfast provided by the hotel, especially the ”hot dry noodles”. I will stay at this high-quality hotel with warm and thoughtful service when I go to Wuhan in the future.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere that boasted cleanliness and tidiness. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the buffet breakfast. The variety and quality of food available were simply outstanding. Whether you prefer Western or Asian cuisine, there was something to suit every palate. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, made-to-order omelets, and much more. It was an absolute culinary delight to start my day with such a sumptuous and satisfying meal.

YYee KwanBEWARE IF YOU PAY AT THE FRONT DESK AT THE HOTEL. THEY DOUBLE-CHARGED US AND DID NOT REFUND THE OVERCHARGE.
We booked through Trip.com and selected to pay at the hotel (our mistake). We used our Alipay QR code to pay at the front desk, but the transaction took a while and seemed to have failed (slow internet connection). We tried again and the second time it was successful. It wasn't until we left Wuhan and checked our credit card statements that we noticed two of the same charges from the Ethos Hotel.
Contacting the hotel, the staff was pleasant and helpful but never admitted to seeing a double-charge in their system. The person on the phone said they would investigate and asked us to call back later. After a day, we called back; they said they contacted Trip.com and that a refund was given to us. This refund they were referring to was the Trip.com deposit to hold our rooms. We explained the situation again, but the person helping us kept saying we should contact Trip.com even though we paid the hotel directly.
Now back at home, we contacted Trip.com. After chatting with one of their reps, and providing our credit card and Alipay statements as proof of the double charge, they said they would get back to us. The result was an email with the message,
”Duplicate deduction/overcharge-Duplicate deduction/overcharge: Not duplicate deduction/overcharge.”
We are not surprised by this result, as Trip.com cannot verify any payments that took place because the actual payment happened at the HOTEL FRONT DESK.
So here we are trying to go through our bank to see if they can do something because they CAN see the 2 charges that were 3 minutes apart from the same hotel. We hope this will be resolved and all this was a misunderstanding... time will tell.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, just a 5-minute walk from Xunlimen subway station, and it is very convenient to various attractions. The lobby is spacious and the rooms are average, the hygiene is OK, the bathroom is relatively small, the door faces the toilet, and it is inconvenient to stand in the bathtub to take a shower, and the water is not very smooth, but the service staff of the room is very good and responsive. Breakfast is located on the top floor, with a wide view, a full range of varieties and good taste. Due to personal reasons, I dyed two square towels and a medium towel of the hotel, and was asked to pay 50 yuan in compensation. I feel that the charge is too expensive. The compensation should be charged reasonably and the interests of consumers should be protected. However, it is indeed better to be careful not to let such things happen.
