"My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights during our 4-day trip to Wuhan. Every day, we looked forward to what little surprises the housekeepers would bring us. On the second day, we came back after being out to find the housekeeper had left us bananas, oranges, and cookies. The third day had the same setup, plus some steam eye masks. Front desk service was also excellent; they'd greet us good morning and good evening. I bet that's why they're ranked second among hotels in Wuhan! One day during our trip was my sister's birthday! The housekeeping staff (or maybe a specific 'auntie' or 'sister') wrote us 'Happy Birthday!' – that was a delightful surprise. Overall, it just felt very warm and welcoming! If I come back to Wuhan, I'll definitely choose this hotel again! The location is quite good, right on Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, and the subway station is also very close. There are plenty of food options nearby. The reason I didn't choose a Quanju hotel this time was because the nearby one was under renovation. Compared to Quanju, this hotel felt much more personal and warm. As for breakfast: hmm, it was decent, nothing special."

"Overall, it's pretty good, but not perfect. The decor and cleanliness feel a bit old, and the room size is quite small, making it feel less like a 3-star and more like a good 2-star. The subway station is conveniently located just 300 meters away, but you have to cross a busy road under an overpass. Breakfast options are very limited and not tasty, though the hot dry noodles were a highlight. They offer congee and eggs as a late-night snack, along with various convenient services. All in all, I'd recommend spending a few extra bucks for a better 3-star experience."

"Hotel was beautiful, very clean and service was amazing (reception didn’t understand English but was very helpful and patient with helping me). The hotel is also within walking distance to a lot of food and shops so It was nice to stroll about the area. The streets are peaceful and it’s nice to walk around the lake which is situated next to the hotel. Just be mindful that the hotel is located within a bank building, and to request a non-smoking room if that’s what you’re after! Other than that, my stay was pleasant and I’ll definitely be back in the future."

"I was really satisfied with my stay this time! The room was on a high floor with a beautiful lake view – the scenery was amazing~ It's also super convenient, just a short walk (about five or six minutes) to the embassy. The room was clean and tidy with complete facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, they are incredibly pet-friendly; we brought two dogs without any issues at all 🐶🐶. The owner was exceptionally nice and patient, always quick to respond to any questions we messaged. We drove, and the free and convenient parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is really high. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuhan for business or leisure! ✨"

"Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The 24-hour butler service was incredibly thoughtful; they helped us arrange transportation whenever we went out, and we always returned to refreshing iced drinks in our room. They even had a charger ready for us when we forgot ours. The room itself was luxurious and spotless, and the night view was spectacular. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit!"

"We were very satisfied with our family room stay. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The location is unbeatable, making it incredibly convenient to get to all the attractions. The room was spacious enough, and the bedding and towels were clean, white, and comfortable. The hotel service was great, and they even offered a variety of hot drinks in the lobby, which was a thoughtful touch. There's also a robot that delivers takeaways to your room. Highly recommend!"

"The facilities are also complete. The room is clean and tidy, with a reasonable furniture layout, smart and convenient features like electric curtains, excellent lighting, and a great smart toilet. The elevator is fast, the bed is comfortable, and the smart home voice control is a nice touch. The facilities are well-appointed, and there's a large, well-designed parking lot. The high floors are very comfortable. The inductive nightlight is especially convenient. The nearby Jianghan Customs and Chocolate Museum are definitely worth a visit."

"This 5-star hotel really lives up to its reputation online. Right next to the check-in counter, they offer two kinds of complimentary hot beverages, which is a nice touch. The rooms are spacious and bright, and everything is spotlessly clean. The service was excellent; they really tried their best to accommodate our requests. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, including local Wuhan specialties like hot dry noodles and Mian Wo, as well as Japanese sushi and Shaanxi Roujiamo, all of which were delicious. They even had both hot and cold low-fat milk. The mattress in the room was incredibly comfortable. However, there are a few minor details that could be improved. For example, the toilet in the bathroom didn't have a bidet or disposable seat covers, and the room also lacked an eco-friendly hotel tote bag."

"I absolutely loved the service and amenities at the Shangri-La Wuhan! Both times I requested extra water, a razor, and other items from room service, they responded in about 5 minutes. The room was clean and spacious, and I especially liked the long desk! All the electrical appliances were spotless, clearly designed with safety and cleanliness in mind. For example, the electric kettle's power cord can be neatly rolled into a hidden compartment in its base. The ironing board and iron were also very easy to use. Overall, I appreciate the service and facilities of the well-established Shangri-La brand. There were no strange odors in the room, and the lotion had that familiar citrus scent. This time, the razor handle was actually bamboo, which was a nice touch, and it even came with a small can of shaving foam! The indicator lights in the elevator lobby were very clear, and when an elevator arrived, there was not only a red light but also a bell sound, so you'd never have trouble finding which of the six elevators had arrived. Very user-friendly! Most importantly, the value for money is exceptional! Thumbs up! 👍"
