"I highly recommend the Boya Smart Hotel! It's perfectly located right by the Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street night market, which is super lively in the evenings. From the train station, you can just take a Didi (ride-sharing app) directly to the alleyway by the hotel. Get off and walk a little into the alley, and you're there. I called ahead, and a staff member proactively came down to help me with my luggage, which was really thoughtful. They even upgraded my room for free! The room was very clean, and my child loved casting movies to the TV. It offers excellent value for money. When checking out, the same staff member helped me carry my suitcase downstairs. My two-night stay was fantastic. The front desk also has a lot of daily necessities, so you can contact customer service anytime if you need anything – it's very convenient. If I ever come back to Wuhan, I'll definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!"

"Great environment, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. The bedding was comfortable and spotless, offering excellent value for money. A perfect score hotel! This might not be the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in, but it's definitely the one that felt the most welcoming and full of love. Every staff member was enthusiastic and attentive, providing super-star service that made us feel truly at home."

"The location is absolutely amazing! It's a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and you get a fantastic street view right from your window. The breakfast spread is incredibly diverse, and even the coffee is rich and aromatic. This place offers incredible value for money!"

"A truly fantastic hostel right by Wuhan's Yellow Crane Tower! Seriously, you've got to experience it! I can't recommend this place enough! It offers incredible value for money 👍🏻 The common area on the second floor boasts lush greenery just outside the windows, and they even have big-screen movies playing indoors 🎬. I stayed in an 8-bed male dorm. The bedding is changed for every guest, so it's super clean and convenient. My impression of a city, I believe, isn't solely defined by its beautiful landmarks, but also by the warmth and hospitality of its people. The staff here are incredibly responsible and helpful. They patiently explain everything and are always happy to answer questions with enthusiasm. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Located about 400 meters from Renhe metro station exit D. As you exit turn left. The room is in an apartment building (#3). The office is a couple of doors further from the entrance, in fact the guard of the building took me to the office. You need to have WeChat since the instructions including the access code is sent. Room was comfortable and simple, everyday towels were changed and water bottles were left. Around the building there were restaurants and grocery stores. Wifi was good."

"The room was smelly and didn’t have handsoap. Bathroom was a bit moldy which might have been the reason. The bed was comfortable. Location is good and 7 minute walk (two blocks) away to the main shopping street in Wuhan. I would not recommend the same type of room I got, maybe you can try with the more upgraded ones."

"Hotel are under renovation upgrading, the staff told it will be have construction sound start from 7.30am to 7.30pm, and hotel located at most busy street, after 10pm still noisy outside, but the hotel will provide ear plug, very good service. The room is clean and spacious, highly recommend if accepted the environments here are noisy."

"I absolutely loved the robot delivery service; it was so high-tech! The room had a mini-fridge, a smart toilet, and automatic curtain opening and closing, air conditioning, and TV—all controlled by voice commands. The hotel is located in the heart of *****, very close to the 5A-rated Yellow Crane Tower scenic area and only a 5-minute walk from the popular Yangtze River Bridge. Exit A of the Yellow Crane Tower subway station is an 8-minute walk from the hotel, making it convenient for tourists visiting *****. The room was exceptionally clean; the sheets and blankets were gleaming white, and there wasn't even a speck of dust on the walls. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, helping with luggage upon arrival and even helping to hang clothes out to dry in the afternoon before bringing them back to the room. They also helped with luggage upon check-out. Free storage is available, and free parking is also included."

"This was probably the best hotel we stayed at during this trip. The location is excellent, right next to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, making it convenient to go anywhere. The service was attentive, it was clean and hygienic, and the facilities were very modern, with robots delivering items and convenient laundry services. The breakfast was rich and we even got a free upgrade. The only drawback was that the heating was too high, making it a bit hot to sleep at night."

"On our first day, we arrived at the hotel just as a wedding procession was taking place. Our taxi driver dropped us off early, so we had to carry our luggage ourselves and check in at the front desk. It certainly didn't feel like a five-star hotel's concierge service. Luckily, we encountered a concierge when we were leaving, otherwise, this stay would have been a huge disappointment. The twin room we got didn't have the small table and chairs by the window as shown in the promotional pictures. With two of us staying, only one person had a chair, leaving the other to either sit on the bed or stand. The bathroom faucet was an old-fashioned rotating type, and adjusting the hot and cold water in the shower was incredibly inconvenient – anyone who's used it would know. It feels like the hotel's facilities could really use an upgrade. Upon checking in, there were only two bottles of water in the room, and on one of the days, the tea bags weren't restocked. Was this an oversight by the staff or intentional? The welcome amenity was mooncakes, but I honestly would have preferred welcome fruit."
