During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

Amazing stay at Somerset VFC Wuhan. We extended our stay from 2 nights to 6 nights as this is our most favourite hotel of the world! Wuhan weather is sunny and nice. And the stay at the 2 bedroom apartment is incredible. We have a washer dryer, a kitchen with dishwasher, and a cozy living room just like home. From the hotel you can walk to Wuhan Zoo, or take subway to many beautiful places. The food in the mall attached to the hotel is incredible (strongly Recommended 来菜 which serve Hubei food). Hotel staff is nice and genuine. The breakfast is adequate with several Wuhan specialties as well. I would definitely go back to Wuhan just for this incredible hotel experience.

This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

The accommodation is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. It's a short walk from Xunlimen Station, Exit C. The area around the accommodation is close to many food options and you can walk to Jianghan Pedestrian Street nearby. Recommended for Thai tourists who want to visit and are looking for accommodation near tourist attractions.

This is my second time staying at the Echarm Hotel on Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. Because I had such a great experience during my first stay, I chose this hotel again when visiting Wuhan. The stay was comfortable as always, and this time I also witnessed something that really warmed my heart. It seemed that an elderly overseas Chinese family had left their luggage at the airport, but since they didn't have a Chinese mobile number, they asked the front desk staff for help contacting the airport airline to track down their suitcases. It wasn't a huge matter, but the staff were extremely patient and attentive throughout the process, carefully confirming the lost location, suitcase color, and how to check on the follow-up progress with the airline. The elderly couple were so grateful and gave them a thumbs-up. While waiting for a friend in the lobby, I witnessed the whole thing, and it just made my heart feel so warm. In an unfamiliar place, a hotel can offer you more than just a room to rest your body—it can also provide a sense of security that your soul can rely on. At that moment, I felt this hotel delivered just that, and my fondness for it grew even more. I hope to see more Echarm Hotels when I travel in the future, and I also hope you maintain this wonderful service quality! Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up!

The hotel has a great location, within walking distance of Lihuangpi Road. I booked a side river view room, and the scenery was lovely. As for the facilities, you can definitely feel their age, but you can also see the effort put into the renovation. Overall, it still feels quite modern. I really liked the layered lighting in the guest room, which can be adjusted depending on whether you're resting or not. I didn't encounter the charging port issue mentioned in previous reviews; there are plenty of outlets in the room, and a wireless phone charger has even been added to the bedside table. I also didn't have any issues with hot water for the shower, though you do have to let it run for quite a while before it gets hot, and the shower water pressure isn't particularly strong. Breakfast was just average—fairly diverse overall, but not *that* diverse... Plus, there was some female staff member at the entrance of the breakfast restaurant who had a terrible attitude. It was my third day having breakfast there, and after I swiped my room card, she claimed I wasn't allowed to eat and gave me an ugly look. There were three of us, and the breakfast for one of the rooms should have been combined onto a single card. When they later realized we had another room, there wasn't even a word of apology. Would guests staying here really try to scrimp on a single breakfast? It felt extremely petty. The swimming pool is quite nice and not crowded, though it's a bit dim for a night swim. The lifeguard was exceptionally responsible, staying seated at his post right up until closing time—thumbs up for him. The service felt a bit mixed. For instance, when I asked the lobby manager, he patiently introduced local attractions, and a female front desk staff member I consulted before booking was also very patient and enthusiastic. However, there were also the unpleasant experiences mentioned above. Overall, it was a quite comfortable stay. If you don't have high demands for smart room technology and still want to enjoy a river view, it's a pretty good choice.

Location wise just right outside the subway exit. Easy to travel around many tourist spots nearby. Clean and spacious room. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is better to contact the staff for easier and faster check in.

I came from Canada due to my business trip, this is absolutely A Hidden Gem That Outshines Even the Hilton Below! I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further. Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving. The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in. I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost. The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable. If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough. I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

This hotel location is amazing. Right in the hurt of a busy street with night market surrounding. The entry is really spacious and bright. The room was also spacious. Breakfast was interesting. The hotel is a really short walk from the metro line 2 so perfect for our short stay. It s surrounded by eatery, shops and at night the road arounds are filled with street stalls which make it lovely. The room was basic but the bed were spacious and comfortable (1 queen bed + 2 single bed). Floor is carpeted and the room smell damped. Bathroom surface are only clean where it’s exposed and visible but area next to the glass or on the side of the bathtub show black mold spots. The curtain was also really mouldy so my kids weren’t keen to lowered it. And we didn t want the kids to be exposed to it so kept the curtain up. Apart from that, our stay was really pleasant and enjoyable. My kids were totally delight by their check out gift! Thank you for making it special for kids. If I come back to Wuhan, Dorsett will definetly be my first choice! Location is close (5 minute walk from Metro). Hotel is at 11th floor and hence the view from room is good. Clean and especially a comfortable bed. Hotel was kind to give me an upgrade. ( i extended my stay)
