差評細節如下：
1、房間的床真的是有點小，感覺沒有1.8m（這個也辦法，硬性條件）；
2、今早去用餐，服務人員態度真的很有問題，早起的心情加上再看到工作人員的表情真的很不舒服，關鍵是點餐（麪條）我説了3遍都不理，真的很生氣；
3、這個希爾頓的早餐是我住過的希爾頓裏面最不豐富的一家，菜品很少，果汁超級淡，不如直接買果粒橙吧；
4、中午入住，歡迎水果晚上8點多送來，香蕉小番茄這種水果，看着就很不新鮮，沒有什麼食慾，關鍵幾個小李子，還是爛的，這種歡迎水果不如不送；
5.5.12週日入住不涉及週末入住房價，699的豪華房房價告知因為有團隊入住，所以價格調高了，所以最終住下來的體驗是，服務和價格完全不匹配；
6、網站預訂的披露送2份下午茶，到了前台告知就是前台邊上的小桌子上放的餅乾，檸檬水，真的當場笑暈過去；
7、還有入住的時候洗手枱下水很慢，還找了維修工過來修理；
總結：這些基礎的服務和餐食服務，完全就是酒店管理的問題，我並不是很有時間寫這麼長的評價，但真的體驗很不好，第一次來武漢，這不應該是國五酒店的服務標準，真的很差，心情也很不好，分享給大家，大家慎重選擇，個人是不推薦的。
PS：續住的時候跟前台反饋，説按照最低價格400/晚續住，一看平台466的價格，這就是解決問題的態度，真的謝謝了（真的不差這66元）。

酒店外賣有機器人送到房間，樓下走幾分鐘就有地鐵，門口就有停車的，停車也都是免費的，酒店的洗衣房帶有烘乾，hedy服務熱情，整體比較滿意的，推薦大家來試一下哦

房間特別好，乾淨衞生，交通便利，早餐很棒。而且附近中城薈商圈特別好吃😋，有海鮮火鍋自助，特色麪包店，三出山火鍋，各類養生茶等。酒店服務態度也非常好👍

酒店地理位置方便，距離漢口火車站很近，搭地鐵一站路，去武漢站打車半個小時，周邊有兩個商場，購物點外賣都很方便，酒店早餐也很豐富，有武漢特色熱乾麪和牛肉麪等，商旅出行推薦。

酒店位置也很好找，地鐵站很近，酒店服務也很好，點的外賣有機器人送上門，前台hedy特別熱情，酒店服務很好，可以在酒店借傘、還有有創口貼和免費的茶水和曲奇小餅乾。房間整潔乾淨，收拾的很好。洗衣烘衣也很方便，還有自助式餐廳，早餐也很不錯，推薦
