I had breakfast, but reception told that I didn't book with breakfast, also the worst thing that there wasn't window and I didn't pay attention that I booked without windows

Very clean rooms and excellent service. The buffet breakfast was average but the staff made up for it. Would love to stay again.

Good price deal for this hotel. Very next to Sonjiagang metro station. Airport is just 10 mins away by metro. Wuhan street is almost 50 minutes travel by metro. But worth travellig to Wujan street in the evening. Overall room size and amenities are good. Will prefer to stay here next time.

Just satisfied with the service. It's convenient to go to airport but not to the city area. It's spent me almost an hour to reach city center. The breakfast is cheap but not many choices. It's only provides buffet style vegetarian food.

The worst hotel front reception staffs I come across. Everyone is sulky face ,as though we owe them money. I believe the boss is not interested in doing business. Only for "摆美" for the boss. Regret Regret Regret

The girls at front desk maintained a stern face from time I entered the hotel. In evening, I asked the girls if they could book a taxi for my next morning trip to the airport. One girl responded with a high-pitch voice: "you want me to get a taxi? Do you want me to run into the middle of the street to stop a taxi you?!" Meaning impossible. I felt astonished. This response to a customer doesn't sound like that by a so-called International Hotel.

The location is good if you need to go to Wuhan Airport .2 metro stations it is really near, and 10 min by taxi . However , I did not like the room , there was a smoking smell . The breakfast is bad . The front desk were kind enough to help me print some documents . Overall if you have a flight to catch from Wuhan Tianhe Airport , this hotel is a good option .

Don’t stay on the 8th floor Pros Very convenient to airport. Two stops away. Hotel is right in front of metro station Front desk staff accommodated room change request - twice A street filled with restaurants is right next door so there is plenty of dining choices nearby Cons Front of hotel faces a busy road Room reeks of cigarettes We were originally put in a room facing the road; we asked to be moved to the back of the building. They moved us, which was nice; however, we were put on the 8th floor, directly below the hotel restaurant on the 9th floor. The staff were dragging tables and chairs around the room until 20.00 and started again at 5.30. It was not a restful sleep.

Location of this hotel is certainly convenient, located right off Songjiagang metro station. The destination is perfect for travelers who want to have easy access to the airport (2 metro stops and only about 12 minutes from Tianhe airport), especially during rush hour times when driving would take a much more circuitous route. I have stayed at this chain of Vienna International Hotels before and have had much better experience, but I suppose this depends on location and type. This specific hotel looks palatial upon entering but the rooms are definitely a bit lacking - it seems better suited for those who need only a quick overnight stay to catch a flight. Would not recommend for longer sightseeing trips as rooms have poor sound insulation (I could hear very clearly the conversations of those in a nearby room the entire night - every single word), as well as a very confusing layout. But we did encounter very very kind and nice housekeepers. I am a well-traveled person and understand and appreciate cultural differences and norms in different cities/countries/etc so I generally would not take time to write about this but this experience was too notable not to. Since this was an international hotel and located by an international airport, I expected better service than received. I had just had a long journey and a canceled flight and found this booking on Trip, which was confirmed. Once I arrived at the hotel, I presented my passport for check-in, as I am a foreigner and do not have a mainland China ID card. However, the attitude of one of the front desk hotel clerks was incredibly rude. The clerk immediately told me (without even asking) that I could not live there using a passport to check-in. According to Chinese law, this is obviously not true and a false statement. I imagine the clerk felt too lazy to have to scan my passport details but felt extremely uncomfortable at this exchange. There is no local stipulation that foreigners who live and work long term in China cannot live at the hotel. In fact, being an INTERNATIONAL hotel chain located by an airport, how can you not take guests who have passports? Following this exchange, I asked for an extra room card as I am traveling with a friend and was given a "fake" card that did not work. The front desk worker did not even bother scanning it, so it was really useless. I suggest better training and customer service / hospitality guidance for your hotel front staff. This was the worst experience in customer service I have ever had from a Trip.com booking. Will never stay here again.
