老舊家屬區，民宿酒店一間挨一間，二樓樓梯走上去到服務枱，有種進了貧民窟的感覺。都是三室一廳住宅改造的，浴室很小，隔音一般，好在衹住一晚，而且似乎晚上並不雜音，很安靜。價錢似乎高了點，性價比一般
