The room absolutely smelled terrible from cigarettes. If you in anyway have a problem with that, don't stay here. There were also a lot of bugs in the room. The location is good but that is about it. Not sure why they even have no smoking signs. Gross. Never again. The attached photo is from the floor, but these were also found in the bathroom and bed. I have videos as well but was unsure how to load them on this app.

Price slightly high but great location. RMB 475/night. Doorstep of T3. Breakfast start at 6:30 am, option of beef bee hoon , hot and spicy noodles, fried rice, bread etc. Thanks to front desk upgrade us free breakfast. Mattresses are soft. It’s a little surprise that room have a metal bar for hanger wet cloth. It’s not open to see at other hotels . Overall is a good option for a transit hotel .

The hotel location is very convenience ，Exit 6 then turn left u will see the hotel.The front desk agent provided excellent service and offer the free breakfast for the guest who needs .Fully recommend！

We booked the Stairway Hotel at the Wuhan Tianhe Intl Airport because we had to catch a flight the next day and we didn’t want to travel in the morning. I found it exceptionally convenient for us because it’s location on Terminal 3, right where we our boarding gate was located. The room was clean and spacious for a family of 4, including an indoor balcony. The room comes with all essential toiletries and a bottled water. The breakfast had fruit, coffee, bread, pastries, warm food, and local breakfast specialties like hot dry noodles and deep-fried dough sticks. Even if the price is higher than hotels outside the airport, it was definitely worth it because of its convenient location and clean facilities.

Reception at check in was great- on learning that we will be checking out at midnight to catch our flight (and not take breakfast the following morning), the receptionist gave us a snack bag. Room was clean and spacious. Value for money and a great place if you want to get a rest before your flight as airline the check in counters are just a short walk away. And there are restaurants just outside the hotel.

Everything is good and excellent except checking in hiccups. The front desk couldn’t find my bookings under my name even with their hotel confirmation number, trip.com email three days prior confirmation, passport, etc. It’s midnight after almost 20 hours flying, it’s not so funny. I sweat quite a bit. After I insist she tried few more times and she finally found it. Hallelujah. However I do appreciate there is a life person at the front desk during midnight hours.

The room is spacious and bright, and the bed is comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good sleep. The enthusiastic service provided by the employees makes people feel even more warm. The hotel also offers a variety of buffet breakfasts and various leisure facilities, which makes me feel more relaxed.
