本來不想評價了，但是考慮到因為他們的工作效率，讓我在離開酒店28個小時後還開不了發票，還是吐一句吧。1.我入住的1416房間，空調40分鐘一直吹自然風，武漢這個季節，可以想象吧；2、電話一打過去；馬上提出換房，我的感覺就是，他們早知道空調有問題；3、我是攜程閃付訂的，昨天早上九點退房，今天13點了，他們還沒扣款，攜程説沒扣款就開不了發票；所以一直等………

第一次入住這個酒店對本次入住很滿意，無論是酒店的環境、衞生、服務都很不錯，前台小吳辦理入住的時候非常細心耐心的介紹，有問必答，房間安排的非常滿意，美中不足就是酒店外面的高架橋車流有點吵，退房後反饋給小吳，也跟我解釋清楚了，給了我一個滿意的答覆，絲毫沒有影響到我的入住體驗，非常不錯的酒店，值得推薦！

挺好的酒店，乾淨衞生，雖然外圍對於外地人來説有點交通複雜，高架橋下的小路，對路盲女生很不友好，但內部非常友好。
住過幾次，之前房間裏的小瓶裝洗髮水等小件換成了環保大瓶，冰箱裏有可樂雪碧，免費，但之前還有果粒橙，現在沒有了。
