前台小肖服務態度很温和，房間設施齊全，酒店地理位置非常好，離黃鶴樓和長江大橋很近，交通非常便捷，門口就是公交站，步行兩分鐘就是地鐵站，總體很棒，下次還會再來入住。

在這家酒店入住體驗非常棒，房間整潔舒適，酒店前台服務專業高效，處理問題迅速，無論是入住還是退房都非常便捷。酒店就在黃鶴樓附近，離武漢長江大橋，户部巷，辛亥革命紀念館都很近，周邊也有很多小吃，夜市很熱鬧的。感謝前台小妮服務態度親切周到。

昔人已乘黃鶴去，此地空餘黃鶴樓！房間很乾凈，前台服務特別好，房間本來沒大窗免費給升了大窗還送了早餐，五一期間這樣的房間這樣價格也很便宜，景觀房能清晰看到黃鶴樓，住在店裡打卡很方便。

從剛到酒店的停車服務一直到離開酒店的全過程，酒店工作人員都非常熱情周到的服務，房間設施也很好衞生很乾凈，特別是大床睡着非常舒適。確實不錯！必須給五星！！
