衞生很乾凈，房間很大，很方便，阿姨很有禮貌，每個房間都有消毒，我很喜歡這個裝修風格，酒店設施也很新，酒店服務非常好，很熱情，前台小姐姐Judy服務態度特別棒， 住得很愉快哦！

辦入住比較晚，大副mona幫忙更改了入住日期，很人性化，雖然是老酒店，但房間的設施設備維護的不錯！。

酒店很有特色，大堂陳經理服務很好，酒店地理位置優越，旁邊就是沙湖公園，酒店門口就是地鐵站，交通方便。大堂氣派寬敞，吊燈很精美，前台服務意識很強，到達時禮賓主動拉行李，房間設施齊全，前台退房詢問入住感受。性價比很高，住的很放心很值得，早餐味道也不錯。打掃衞生的大姐第二天很貼心的準備了孩子用的牙具、拖鞋，還準備了牛奶、小餅乾，孩子還寫了日記説感受到了武漢人民的熱情！
