前台客服很熱情。很好的酒店，入住的時候房間還會送兩瓶礦泉水，房間千凈沒有異味，床單也是純棉的。水壓不是那種很小的，剛剛好，出水也很快。衹是有時候網絡可能不會很快，但是一説阿姨也會進來幫我查看。

服務超好，超出預期，有提供熱水，隔音情況;非常安靜，我平時睡覺很輕，但是在這裏完全聽不到樓道和隔壁的聲音，非常贊地理位置:離地鐵站很近很方便，20分鐘不到就可以到光谷廣場，好吃好玩的有很多

第一次來武漢玩，主打性價比。所以選擇酒店也是精挑細選。這個酒店名稱包含智能，價格也適中，就果斷預訂了。酒店位於金融港北B出口50米，招牌醒目。距離光谷繁華區域比較方便，酒店周邊早餐、中餐、夜市非常多，酒店前台服務熱情，還有歡迎小糖果，有洗衣機也有專門的晾曬場地，這個很適合旅行出差。房間設施新，應該是裝修不久，吹風機風量很大。

房間乾淨整潔，設施，衞生，服務，性價比，各方面都非常不錯，位置交通便利，門口就是二號線可以説去哪都很方便，門口也有停車的停車場，大廳簡潔有熱水，辦理入住特別快，小姐姐會耐心講解注意事項。房間乾淨通風沒有異味，床單也是純棉的，睡着很舒適。

樓下有便利店，早餐店，吃飯也很方便。房間千凈整潔，我住的房問採光很好，入住的時候前台小姐姐跟我説可 能略微有點吵，但是其實感覺還好。房問有空調和電視，空調製冷效果挺好的，電視一開始我不會調，跟前台講了之後，立馬就有阿姨來幫我們調好了，總之就是很推薦！
