房間破舊，有蚊子，床上有蟲子，睡完身上癢。隨意安排客户住房時間，沒有提前通知説明。

環境還行，，設施設備都有，，交通也很便利，，房間價格實惠，，房間空間也挺大，，衞生也説的過去，，前台服務也很熱情，，位置很好找，，總體來説很棒。。

訂的親子房 一開始給我開的標間 找前台給換了親子房 為什麼一開始不給開親子房 非得顧客去找才給換嗎？訂好了3天2晚 房卡沒給授權好 等我回回去房卡打不開門 去前台也沒表示任何抱歉的意思

進去就發現設施很老舊，電視藍屏，網線被絞斷了，洗手枱都是鐵皮的，上面都是銹跡斑斑；最主要的是住了一晚後，全身上都很癢，去了醫院説真菌感染，還買了要，過了幾天還不好，説明衞生環境不好，衞生間的噴頭還是壞的，住房體驗極差
