寫有免費停車場，結果並沒有…還説要提前打電話他們就會告知沒有停車位。原來告知是要顧客主動問起，才會告知…晚上十二點態度非常惡劣説可以退房，退房讓我們半夜重新出去找住宿～忍了。到了房間衹有一個兩張A4紙大小的窗户，還是打不開的，房間非常悶。預訂有早飯去了餐廳説沒有，又回來溝通，耽誤時間又尷尬…總而言之，服務態度到硬件設施LOW到爆…
