勝在對面就是華科南二門，華科風景在望，但人員雜電梯舊嗓音大，室內馬桶超不給力，師傅來了也沒解決好很鬱悶！！

房間特別小，這棟樓特別的舊特別臟，一棟樓都是小賓館，電梯也很老舊，樓道樓梯簡直是上個世紀而且很臟，女生特別不建議，很不安全。
不知道是空調外機還是什麼的聲音，一晚上房間裏跟地震了一樣，耳朵都要聾了，實在是讓人受不了。
