房間智能化設備不錯，衞生間設計缺陷沒有掛衣服的區域。
衞生一般，毛巾有黃印，冰箱裏一瓶農夫山泉的水是打開過的。
夜十二點多辦的入住，前台有兩個人，服務態度不耐煩，我説一家三口入住，在要求下才給我兩張房卡，多給我一瓶水，一雙拖鞋。
設備和服務嚴重不匹配，不會考慮再次入住。

客房的飲水機是我沒想到的，一個小型迷你飲水機，燒礦泉水乾淨衞生，還有一個飲水機跟家用的那種差不多，過濾自來水燒開飲用的，都很便捷，主要是乾淨，用着放心，客房阿姨還主動提供擦皮鞋的服務，免費的喲，這個真的好[強][強][強]，衣服也幫忙洗乾淨送到了房間。服務用心、到位。

酒店送的發熱眼罩，晚上睡覺帶了，確實能緩解用眼疲勞，平常因為工作很忙，自己是很少注重這些細節了，酒店能站在顧客角度考慮問題，細節很到位，雖然是很小的舉動，我還是能感受到用心，值得推薦。
