Coming from the U.S., I honestly was skeptical when booking this place, I usually stay at U.S. brands, but because of this hotel’s convenient location, I stayed here for 7 nights, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was amazingly friendly (and some spoke well English), room was spacious and very clean. The hotel has modern decor and is located in an area close to shopping, lots of good food, bus and subway stations. Will definitely be back.

The staff here are great. Rooms are very large so plenty of space to relax in. Local pub and other eateries just a few meters away so very convenient.

Here comes the point, I went to have breakfast the next day. I arrived at the restaurant on the 3rd floor at about 8:55, but all the noodles were gone. I asked why it was like this? A woman who seemed to be the person in charge said that we were supposed to end at 9:30... It means that I deserved it for not eating because I was late😓... Your breakfast time ends at 9:30, how late was it for me to go at 8:55? The whole restaurant was full of uncleaned tables. I believe that after seeing this review, there will be staff at the hotel saying sorry or something like that, but there is no need to do so, it is meaningless. It may be useful to call the guests of the day to verify the situation and give appropriate compensation.

I went there late, and the service staff upgraded my room and said they had changed it to a bigger one. The overall environment was clean, but the only thing was that the room smelled very pungent.
