房間還是比較乾淨的，保潔阿姨很熱情。床墊有些硬，但是可以加被子墊在下面

很差勁！外出時在房間掛了“免打擾”，但服務員仍然直接進房間打掃，而且私自動了放在房間裏的我們自帶的便攜式燒水壺，把充電插座保護套扔了，裏面的墊圈也動過然後安反了！當天晚上找酒店溝通，值班經理都沒有露面，一開始衹是通過前台反覆傳話，後面才直接打電話，説清楚事情經過之後，又説服務員下班聯繫不上服務員了，然後讓加了微信把照片發過去，説會照價賠償，具體等第二天到現場溝通，結果第二天上午仍然沒有負責人露面，更可氣的是居然反口説聯繫上服務員了服務員説沒有動過！言下之意還是我們無理取鬧！酒店最多衹能是出於息事寧人的考慮，讓留下一個快遞地址，重新買一個燒水壺快遞過來，而且要走流程申請！然後還説這個酒店平時還不對外接待，衹是接待各級領導開研討會等等一大串……
真是可笑，你要不對外營業你為什麼要掛在網上？這麼大老遠來你這個酒店就為了訛你這個酒店一個燒水壺？從來沒有碰到這麼惡劣的事情和惡劣的服務態度！這個酒店太差勁了！算了，不想跟你們有什麼糾葛，更不想給你們什麼快遞地址，普通旅客任何合理的訴求在你們眼裡都是無理取鬧，以後你們就去服務領導吧。
