酒店環境很好，很適合度假，酒店園區內就有大片的草坪很適合舉辦活動，還有健身房，住店客人都是可以免費健身，前台辦理入住速度很快，房間很整潔，酒店自帶的還有棋牌室，茶室等娛樂場所，外出遊玩這家酒店真的是一個很不錯的選擇。

酒店位置可謂是鬧中取靜，位於東湖風景區內，來東湖遊玩的首選酒店，整體環境非常不錯，低調的優雅，床墊睡着也確實不錯，設施也都蠻好。
酒店工作人員也很專業，給到便利性也很足，細心又體貼，第二天起床去西餐廳吃早餐非常的方便，早餐時入住最為驚喜與滿意的，品種很豐富，味道也很合口味，武漢的特色早餐該有的都有，做到了五星級的標準，住房價格還這麼便宜，性價比很高。客房的設施很新，衞生也乾淨整潔。
總體讓人感到舒適，下次還來👍🏻

設施：設施很完善，前台特意幫我們安排了2號樓的房間體驗，房間內設施很新，並且空調效果也非常不錯。
衞生：房間挺大的，床和枕頭挺舒服的，衞生間也很大，隔音效果還可以。
環境：景區位置一絕，附近有幾所學校美食特別多。
服務：前台很貼心，會詢問需不需要提前發酒店地址而且一些基本訊息。客房服務的人員非常的專業，很用心，看到我們有帶小孩就多給我們送了兩瓶礦泉水，回到房間我老公還以為是我通知客房送的，我們倆都沒通知，服務人員居然主動提供了服務，真的很贊👍。
反正是一家很專業，很大氣的酒店，下次肯定還會來這裏。

酒店就在東湖景區裏面，遠離城市的喧鬧，交通便利。前台服務很好，有求必應，安排了幾天武漢遊玩的行程，白天在市區，晚上開車回到酒店，空氣真的很不錯，兩家人訂了兩間房，酒店有棋牌和茶室，裝修環境很好，整體有種度假風，園區還有一個大的籃球場[強]。

非常糟糕的一次入住體驗，床上有頭髮不説。衞生間裏有很大的綠頭蒼蠅。你受的了嗎、定的湖景房比普通的貴100多。競是酒店院內的人工湖，誤導消費。這好的位置，酒店房間的衞生太差勁了。照片為證、免得説冤枉酒店！
