這家酒店的 服務態度超級好，讓我們感受到了家一般的温暖。從入住到離店，每一個員工都面帶微笑，熱情周到，讓我們倍感親切。特別是酒店管家小彤，工作認真負責，提前安排好房間，主動幫忙提行李箱，晚上遊玩到酒店，已準備好水果和酸奶，真的非常感謝！

不愧是商圈排名第一酒店，服務好評！跟前台説睡眠輕，立馬給換了房間。樓下就是商圈，鬧中取靜。位置優越，距離地鐵口一百多米，離漢口站不到半小時車程。推薦推薦，下次還來！

衞生：酒店大廳乾淨亮堂 電梯樓道每天都會打掃 房間的話打掃的很乾凈
環境：地理位置好 近江漢路步行街 樓下200米就是地鐵口跟公交車站

非常滿意的住宿體驗。最近樓下在修路但對入住體驗沒有影響，睡在窗邊也聽不到噪音。店家給我們升級了房間，房間寬敞、設施很新。服務很到位，樓下有免費的水果、茶水、咖啡和小吃可以隨時拿，偶爾會在房間門口發現贈送的零食和水果，外賣由機器人配送到門口。工作人員態度友善熱情，給我們安排了客服管家小彤，幫了我們不少忙。酒店位置挺好，步行五分鐘就能到江漢路、地鐵站，附近吃東西的地方非常多。
