五一期間我們幾個家庭集體出遊武漢入住該酒店，第一天入住體驗感不錯，酒店還準備了果盤和飲料、水，還想這酒店雖然偏僻但挺温馨的；但第二天可能是入住人較多的原因，帶娃進入餐廳吃早飯被攔住要求給小孩買半票餐券，小孩子都是1米左右的幼娃，出行入住過這麼多酒店重來沒遇見過要求給這麼大點的小孩買餐券的酒店，這還是第一次，給我們的出遊帶來了非常不愉悦的時光；還有晚上要求幫忙送點礦泉水到房間居然要等1-2小時，小孩都渴飛了，我們出行是為了尋求親子的快樂時光，而不是到一個陌生的地方與人去爭吵；酒店這種臨時起意的行為我們認為非常不妥，不知道是酒店個人素質原因還是酒店管理層的決定，酒店的服務真是差極了！

房間很大很乾凈，環境很好，很安靜。服務也超級棒，房間會有水果和飲料，鮮花也是新鮮的，前台小姐超級貼心，有一個叫小玉的前台小姐姐印象深刻。總之很值得推薦的酒店，尤其武漢站趕高鐵的朋友們，可以推薦一下。
