服務主動熱情，床品柔軟舒適，早點豐富有好多湖北特色美食，酒店位置絕佳，是一個有故事的特色酒店，（八十年代是武漢第一高樓，也是當時最豪華涉外飯店，普通人有錢也不能入住）值得推薦入住。

酒店比較老，但位置很好，江景房值得推薦。設施中規中矩，客房服務員不錯。就是客務中心的Ai電話形同虛設，連着三天打電話讓補充客用品，每次都是“十分鐘後給您送到”，然後，就沒有然後了。前台永遠都在忙，交代的事情得自己想着去問結果。優悦會會員權益還不如攜程的會員。
