20號這樣就約的元旦跨年的房子，很搶手。房子位置很好，交通很便利，幾個房間都很整潔乾淨，給人一種很温馨的感覺。房東姐姐也很好，很熱情，有啥問題都會及時回覆，入住提示給的也很清楚。和小夥伴們玩的很開心，體驗很棒！

入住後衞生極差，特別是衞生間，既然還有別人沒有用完的紙巾，紙巾上面都是油，廚房電飯鍋裏面既然還有使用過的避孕套，客廳桌上都是灰層不説，房東還以衞生為由，剋扣按金150元，大家擦亮眼睛，這種房子千萬不能入住！！！
