設施：老舊，洗手間的門關不上，師傅來修沒有修好，讓將就下。因為門比較高，直接搬房間的椅子直接踩在椅子上維修？？？所以這是給客人坐的？
茶几玻璃有磕碰非常鋒利，我老婆放東西的時候竟然把手割破了！！隨行有小孩，還好孩子沒有碰到！我讓我怎麼評價？送大家4個字:自求多福。

酒店位置很好！就在漢口站旁邊，出站走5分鐘到酒店，轉車方便。雖然是老五星級酒店，但內部設施維護較好。房間安靜舒適，5樓中餐廳味道也不錯，點了湖北特色菜武昌魚、老三樣、蓮藕排骨湯好吃，早餐品種略少。

房間夠寬敞，衞生也很好，晚間非常安靜。高儀杜拉維特樂家的衞浴設施在當初非常高規格了，放在現在也是很好的。雖然是老牌酒店有段時間沒翻新了，但看出來維護得還不錯。
衞生間很大有淋浴有浴缸，就是地墊太少，小朋友滑了一跤，打電話給客服，後來送來了四個地墊毛巾。電視太老舊了畫面還有雪花。
親子主題的小黃鴨帳篷玩具等小朋友非常喜歡。還有小童馬桶圈、踏腳凳等物品，方便周到。
早餐不錯，現磨咖啡，特色的熱乾麪牛肉麪都能吃到。外賣有機器人送至房間門口。
我的房間預訂訂單裏寫的是最遲下午3點退房，當我們2點回到酒店時房卡失效房門打不開，因為著急去火車站趕車，非常耽誤時間和影響心情。聯繫酒店客服解釋説12點後沒有續房的話房卡會失效，但是這樣和3點退房時間中間的這三小時怎麼辦呢？這一點不合理。
