房間是標準的五星設施，入住體驗感非常好，窗户就能看見漂亮的鸚鵡長江大橋，可以看到美麗的日出這是很讓我驚喜的。
我們是連住兩晚，第一晚的窗户無法打開，酒店的黃經理很快就幫我們重新安排了高層江景視野更好的房間，應該是升級了，黃經理服務是非常熱情周到及時的，很是感謝黃經理的接待。
吃過很多五星級早餐，這裏的早餐的口味算是不錯的，武漢特色這一塊口味也很正宗。
酒店地理位置比較居中，開車去各個網紅打卡點都不算特別遠。
下次來武漢還是選擇世貿希爾頓！！

客服務經理Aimee服務態度很好，對我的要求能及時得以解決，這工作態度另我很滿意，但大堂辦理入住時服務一般，希望作為一間五星級酒店這方面能加以改進。

看江景不錯，但是外面還需要到外面外賣櫃自提就太不方便了，稍微好一點的酒店要麼機器人要麼酒店服務員配送上樓 ，還有酒店一樓喝茶90一杯結賬才知道還另外要加服務費

房間很好，景色非常不錯，窗外就是整個長江。
黃經理很貼心，提前打電話問了到店時間，還幫我們選了更高的樓層，太驚喜了。
酒店早餐需要再優化一下，尤其熱菜種類偏少。
其他都挺好～
