這次訂的豪華江景雙床房，側江景景觀。有6~20層，讓服務枱給了個高樓層。房間整體還可以，就是確實落地窗窄了點兒，正好對着床頭，不過景觀確實是江景。希爾頓在武漢不算最舊，比喜來登和香格里拉好一些，但還是有些偏舊了，特別是地毯，顯得沒洗乾淨的樣子。

假期帶着孩子出來旅行，訂了這家酒店，還沒入住之前，酒店體驗大使李雙提前加微信，溝通入住事宜，還準備了歡迎水果和果汁。房間整潔乾淨，工作人員很貼心的幫我們準備曬衣架，省的洗的衣服到處掛，還額外多準備了很多礦泉水，玩了一天回到房間看到真的很温暖，強烈推薦給大家，絕對不踩坑！

整體服務非常好，賓至如歸，樓層高，採光好，景觀也很好，衞生乾淨，房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，床品舒適，酒店停車方便，停車位很充裕，總體來説還是蠻不錯的！有機會還會選擇這裏入住！特別要感謝酒店體驗大使李雙的貼心服務，這次和家人來武漢旅遊，雖然武漢正值雨季，但是在選擇酒店一塊住對了就都對了，也能讓此次行程省心了不少，這次入住無比的舒適温馨和享受到了酒店的熱情服務，體驗大使李雙提前接待我們，全程帶我們辦理入住，把我們送回房間，並提前把房間小朋友的洗漱用品都安排妥當，並準備了充足的礦泉水，點贊點贊，並在住期間時刻關注入住需求，特別貼心，退房時還主動關心我們的退房需求，因為我們的時間比較趕，出去遊玩了一下，提前把我們的行李找到，送上車，非常速度，真的是值得推薦的一家酒店！👍👍
