衞生堪憂 環境吵鬧 服務一般 設施還算齊全
床頭櫃上下都是灰漬，洗手枱上還有別的旅客留下的眼睫毛，雖説酒店時間較久，但這不是一個酒店應該的衞生標準。
環境在步行街，肯定是很吵，看個人，我朋友就很喜歡，她覺得熱鬧的聲音她更能入睡。

幫家人定的步行街上的酒店，剛剛接到酒店回訪電話，服務很好，家人反饋還是很不錯的，特地來給個好評. 酒店在步行街上的中心百貨，以前的璇宮飯店，百年歷史的建築物了，看上去很有感覺的. 晚上帶家人吃了周邊的夜市，很著名的水塔街，可能家人不喜歡吃重油重鹽的，不合口味吧. 不過武漢的小龍蝦還是很讚的. 去了東湖，風景很好酒店的話服務還很熱情，看我一家大小給他們升級了大一點的房型，整體給人感覺很親切，衞生沒發現什麼問題，總之都挺不錯的，下次朋友來還是會推薦的. 有一點就是白天街上有點點吵，不過家人白天都是在外頭逛也不大影響. 哈哈😆給前台小妹妹點贊
