My favourite hotel in China! Spacious room and has everything you might need. Very near the metro. Not sure if it was just me but we faced issues with our booking. They had some difficulty finding our booking but somehow later found it.

This is an excellent hotel. It offers a very high standard of accommodation for a very reasonable price. I was a little annoyed that my booking was meant to come with a free dinner buffet, but the reception staff did not mention this or give me any voucher or anything. Nevertheless, I would happily stay there again because the rooms were exceptional, especially for the price. The breakfast buffet was extremely local, and as a vegetarian I had very little to eat. Nevertheless, I still think that I would rather stay there in Wuhan than pay two or three times the price for a different five star hotel, which would probably have worse rooms!

It is a state-owned hotel, so I gave it a try. Before checking in, I received a phone call to confirm and inform that I had a 7-year-old child. I was surprised and thought that there would be some very considerate services after checking in, but there was none. I just asked 😓. After arriving in the room, we took the initiative to ask for the child's slippers and toothbrush. The premium during the May Day holiday was not high and it was very good. The location is very good. The subway station is right at the door. It takes less than 30 minutes to take a taxi to Chuhe Hanjie and Liangdao Snack Street. Although there is no children's playground in the lobby on the first floor, there are cartoons for children to watch. Building 7 is an old building. Building 8 is newer and more modern. I was arranged to Building 7 at the beginning. The room has only half of the window, which is like a semi-basement. The facilities are old and renovated, and the combination of old and new feels abrupt 😅. It is better after asking to move to Building 8. The hygiene is okay, but the details such as the dirt on the sink are very bad. There is a pencil case in the room, which is very friendly to children! There is a small device on the desk that is full of cartoons, and the children love it. The breakfast is very rich and comparable to Hilton. The salad dishes are very fresh and the coffee machine is very fast. I feel the bottom line of state-owned hotels in breakfast. The restaurant also has single-sided and double-sided fried eggs, which is rare!

Facilities: Not as old as imagined. Although the hotel has a long history, the facilities are good. Hygiene: Very clean and tidy. Environment: Good location, very convenient surrounding. Service: Free room upgrade, quilt and pillow were added in the middle, and the service was very good. There was a robot delivering supplies.

The most rewarding thing about this May Day trip is Hongshan Hotel. The rooms are large and clean, the service is warm and polite, the front desk manager and waiters are all excellent, and the hotel breakfast also meets the travel requirements. If the breakfast is a little different from the requirements of staying for two or three days, which one is the best. The Zhengyuan Restaurant in the hotel has warm and thoughtful waiters, and the dishes are also quite tasty. The overall feeling is very good. If I come to Wuhan again next time, Hongshan is my first choice.

The location is very good, and it is convenient to travel. There is a subway at the door. The hotel facilities have been updated. Although it is an old hotel, the facilities are very new. The only shortcoming is that when you see the hotel after coming out of the subway, you don’t know whether to enter the hotel from the left or the right. Later, you will find a small sign outside the wall. We arrived at the hotel at night, and this sign is not easy to find. I hope the hotel can make this sign more eye-catching.

During this parent-child trip, we experienced high-quality service at Wuhan Hongshan Hotel. The room decoration is modern and simple, the bedding is neat and clean, and the restaurant waiters are polite and professional. Special thanks to the staff Xiao Xiao, Xiao Yang, Pan Pan and Li Baofeng from the concierge depar**ent for their considerate and enthusiastic service.

Although there was a problem in the middle, the hotel staff quickly solved it. The service was satisfactory and the cleaning lady was also very enthusiastic. Especially Panpan, Xiaoxiao and Xiaoyu's service was very good. The hotel is in a good location and it is very convenient to take a taxi or subway.

The hotel has a high value for money. The subway is right at the door. The reception was also very warm. Panpan, Honghong, Xiaoyu and Wenjing were very considerate and helped us upgrade to a family room. Swimming and fitness are all included. Highly recommended as a must-book hotel when visiting Wuhan!

It was my first time staying at Hongshan Hotel after the epidemic. I still felt at home. The front desk staff Xiao Yu, Xiao Tang, Xiao Yang, and Xiao Xiao provided thoughtful service, which made people feel very friendly. This time I stayed in Building 2 (I always lived in Building 1 before). I haven't stayed there for a long time. The rooms I stayed in this time have been renovated. The room is clean and tidy. What I like most is the breakfast at Hongshan Hotel. I have to give it a 👍. The hot dry noodles are still the taste I like!

This is the most cost-effective five-star hotel I have ever stayed in. Special thanks to Panpan, Gege, and Xiaoyu. They helped prepare lunch in advance before arriving at the hotel. They also gave the children cherry blossom lollipops when leaving the hotel, which ended the trip perfectly. Breakfast includes special snacks, such as hot dry noodles, three-fresh tofu skin, etc. The set meals are also very good. Disposable items for children can be picked up at the front desk, and disposable bathtub covers are also provided. The room is very big, especially the bathroom is very large. The transportation is very convenient, and it takes about 30 minutes to go directly to the high-speed rail station. I will definitely stay here again next time I go.

I booked a twin room, and the hotel helped upgrade it to a zero-pressure room. The mattress was really comfortable. My daughter likes this hotel very much. She likes the bathtub, the swimming pool, the robot food delivery, and the fact that the subway is right outside her door. The service staff have a very good attitude, special thanks to Wen Jing, Xiao Xiao, Xiao Zhang and Hong Hong. Affordable price, great value to enjoy!

The location is very good, there is a subway station at the door, it is convenient to travel, the hotel facilities are also very comfortable, there are many rooms on each floor, it is recommended not to choose a room near the road, there is a little noise. This time, by chance, I also saw a sign of "New Coronavirus Command Center" at the elevator entrance, it is recommended to remove it.

When I arrived at the hotel at night, the front desk upgraded me to an executive suite for free because I brought my child. The room was very spacious and clean. The environment was very quiet and private, and I would not be disturbed at all. The bedding was also very clean and I slept very comfortably. It is worth recommending when visiting Wuhan.
