Clean spacious rooms, although waiting time for lifts can take awhile

It was a nice hotel in a good location. The bed was comfortable and the staff was really good. I’ve stayed here before and would gladly stay here again.

Location and service are great. Rooms are worth the money and quite spacious. Mine came with a fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. (Family suite). I was here for 3 days and all 3 days 1 of the 2 elevators was broken. Sometimes it took 5-10min just to get the elevator and its not the spaciest either so most of the times it was already full too. Also the gym was closed due to holiday. Ive been to the yellow crane tower, happy valley and both were easily reachable with a taxi.

bright and clean rooms with good size. Only two elevators and have to wait for some time to get to different floors. Though value for money choice.

The room is clean and tidy, the price is favorable, and the floor is high. It just feels a bit far from the scenic spot and the subway entrance. There is a tea shop nearby with not many people, and there are also several delicious and affordable breakfast restaurants.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is relatively close to the city center. There are large shopping malls for several kilometers around. The internal space is okay. The toilet is very spacious and very clean. The food delivery is done by robots. It is very convenient. It is a precious trip to Wuhan.

The hotel room is very small and decorated but the details are poor. The toilet seat is too small and the hygiene is very poor! I originally booked it with 4 stars, but it was really not as good as some express hotels!

I have stayed here many times on business trips. I contacted Aunt Xu in advance and she was very helpful in upgrading the suite and booking the room I stayed in last time. Although the room is old, the overall maintenance is acceptable. The suite area is larger than the normal room type. It is more comfortable to live in. The room is equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave. It is recommended to clean it regularly. There is Luckin Coffee on the first floor of the hotel. When you go out, turn left and walk to the Cedar Road Food Street. You don’t have to worry about eating. Zhongshan Park, Vientiane City, and Wuguang Business District are just away. , Union Hospital and Jianghan Road are very close. The hotel's service response is timely and really good. Especially Aunt Xu sent milk + biscuits on the day of check-in. It is really considerate. Aunt Xu goes out of her way to help every time. Every question makes me feel very satisfied! It must be praised. If any friends come to Wuhan, they will recommend New Beacon N Ten Hotel.

The room space is okay, the location is excellent, there are many restaurants nearby, and it's not far from the subway, so it's convenient to travel. For those who stayed at night, Aunt Xu also gave us drinking water and snacks.

Facilities: The room facilities are very new, it has its own parking lot, parking is convenient, the bedding is of good quality, and it is comfortable to sleep. Hygiene: very clean Environment: The hotel is in a good location. The Cedar Road Food Street is just downstairs. You can eat a lot of delicious food and it is convenient to go to major attractions. Service: The service is very enthusiastic, especially the customer service sister Xu who comes to care about our needs every day. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel
