第一次點評差評！這是迄今為止最差的一次體驗！沒有之一！下午三點到的酒店 辦理入住讓等待一個半小時 ！這還是在我們極力催促下 説房間沒有打掃出來！ 晚上沒有水想要客房送水 座機手機一直打不通電話！早餐簡直無語 難吃的要死！電梯也是 稍微多一個人就開不動！簡直差的不能太差！

房間很舒適乾淨、服務人員candy和Zoe特別親切、基本上有求必應。入住給升級了房間、因為第二天航班時間又比較遲還給我免費延遲了退房真的是商務酒店的價格提供了五星的服務。本來沒有寫評價的習慣的、這次實在是體驗感很好 。以後來武漢都會來這裏住的。早餐菜品也很不錯～

第二次訂這個酒店，環境服務都很好，健身房基礎設備齊全，太複雜的不要想了😂，水、擦汗毛巾都有，早餐也很豐富，唯一可惜的就是兩次入住都趕上會務，第二天沒房了😓
