酒店地理位置方便，設施齊全，餐品豐富，每晚大堂都有非常精彩的表演，房間乾淨寬敞，床品非常舒適，衞生間設備齊全。入住了幾晚感到賓至如歸。

第一次給一個五星級酒店差評，硬件上來説問題不大，整體風格就不説了，另外就是吹風機噪音太大，但這不是重點，重點是我帶兩個小孩從漢口過來光谷住一夜，沒想到半夜三點不到兩歲的寶寶哭鬧不止看着天花板角落跟我説怕，好不容易安撫好了突然又睜開眼看着那裡説怕，我問他怕什麼？他指着那裡説:“人”。一個剛回説點話的寶寶，一個從來沒有從他嘴裏説出的一個字，我當時就給前台打電話説明瞭情況並叫醒家人趕緊清東西準備回家，十幾分鍾後我們到一樓前台辦理了退房，從頭到尾沒有工作人員作任何安慰工作或補救措施，房費照扣，早餐費用也不能退，説下次入住的時候可以再用，我想我是不會有下次住這個酒店了，本來不想講，想想這一千三花的真冤枉，看看有沒有人能夠看到吧，酒店工作人員服務意識太差，另外，帶小孩千萬不要住這個酒店🏨
